Consistently great service experience I always schedule my service with Lisa. She always greets me like a friend, makes sure that she understands any concerns that I have and explains any I always schedule my service with Lisa. Lisa never recommends any service that is not needed and consistently reassures me that nothing more needs to be done if I inquire. I have purchased several Toyotas from Towne Toyota but the main reason I go there is their great Service Department. Lisa is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This is important since I often wait for minor service. There is never a hassle about a loaner car if the service requires a long time. In fact she would offer a choice of cars. The mechanics that I have dealt with are also very knowledgeable and honest. They have never tried to sell me any service that I did not need. I recently went in for what seemed like an intermittent alternator. They could have easily sold me an alternator but Chris , their electrical expert, insisted on checking out the wiring. He found a corroded connection which was the problem. They charged me nothing even though he had spent two hours on the job. I never have to use any coupons for service since Lisa gives a better price. With such great service, why would I go anywhere else! More

I was so happy when Lisa Giambattista became my personal Assiste coming to Towne Toyota since 2006. We have been happy with the service department. I was so happy when Lisa Giambattista became my personal Assisted Service Manager, Very professional, beautiful personality and a real people person! Explained in detail about what kind of service was needed when I came in for my usual maintenance. There have been times I would be waiting for my car and doing my work and over heard a few ladies complementing Lisa. I chimed in and said she really knows her stuff and glad to see a woman Assisted Service Manager - Lisa!!!! I would recommend Lisa to anyone. Also when I was in the show room sitting at one of the tables. Customers were not sure about the purchase of a Toyota. I had to add my two cents and said my Toyota Camry XLE purchased from Towne is the 15th Toyota I have owned! One of the big reasons I come back to Towne is the service and Lisa!! I recently moved from CA for NJ and needed a dealership to work on my car. This dealership was nearby and that's the only reason I selected it. You can't imagine my shock and surprise to find a very comp to work on my car. This dealership was nearby and that's the only reason I selected it. You can't imagine my shock and surprise to find a very competent and friendly service experience. Even more shocking was the price. The price was so fair - I was stunned. The center console of my car had been broken for about a year. They were innovative and practical and rather than suggest that I replace the entire part - they fixed what I had, at a fraction of the cost. I had two experiences where they could have easily charged me more or made stuff up and they didn't. I know dealerships are notorious for bad practices, and I would never completely trust any auto repair shop. However, for the moment - this dealership has earned my trust. I would definitely give these folks a try. The wifi, comfortable waiting area, fresh cookies, coffee, and writing tables are additional appreciated features. I can't believe I'm writing this, but I had a great experience at a car dealership. More
I had some major issues with my car and had to take it to the service department several times. The Service Director Mike Elston was very unprofessional. I had to leave 10 messages and many emails to get a r the service department several times. The Service Director Mike Elston was very unprofessional. I had to leave 10 messages and many emails to get a response from him. They did a faulty installation of an air suspension system and they are not willing to take the responsibility. In my opinion, they are not competent enough to really troubleshoot and fix anything. More
Service department has gone to xxxx. A few years back my amazing service adviser left and I couldn't understand why. I now know why. Brought vehicle for repair. Repair should not take more than 0.5 to 1hours and I was charged 2 hours labor without any explanation of why. All books say labor time is 0.4 hours but not 2 hours.
