Service I recently had my 2006 Forerunner in for an oil change and a recall item. Unfortunately upon completion there were a couple of issues with my service I recently had my 2006 Forerunner in for an oil change and a recall item. Unfortunately upon completion there were a couple of issues with my service (Which happens sometimes). After voicing my displeasure with my service rep i was contacted the next day by the service manager who apologized for the oversights and asked if there was anything she could do to correct the situation. A few days after that i was also contacted by the Brand manager from TT who wanted to make sure that all had been resolved and that i was satisfied. When running a large customer service based business it is inevitable that problems and issues will arise. The measure of the business is how they react to correct the situation after they have taken your money.. TT did everything they could to make sure i was taken care of after the fact.. Needless to say i will be continuing my (25 year) relationship with them.. More

Never had a bad experience during the last 10 years I have bought 4 vehicles at Towne Toyota in the last 10 years and have always received excellent service.
