We are conveniently located in Orchard Park, NY, not far from our neighbors in Rochester, Buffalo, Lancaster, Amherst, Lackawanna and Hamburg! Here at Towne Mazda, we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and remarkable inventory of new and used vehicles.
Towne has been a WNY family-owned automotive establishment since 1969. Our first dealership, Towne Lincoln-Mercury, was started by Frank Downing in June 1969 in a small strip plaza in Orchard Park. Over the years we have had the opportunity to expand our franchise portfolio to eight franchises including Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Buick, Mazda and Hyundai. We also added a Quick Lane Service Department for no appointment service needs.
Under the leadership of Frank and Dan Downing, The Towne Automotive Group has remained a family operation and a successful business that is a second home to over 300 of Western New York’s best employees! According to Business First, our employees agree that Towne is the Best Place to Work. Over 15 percent have been with us 20 years or more, and 30 percent 10 years. Treating customers and employees like family lies at the heart of our slogan “We Love Our Towne.”
