Best experience I was shopping around to turn in a lease and re-lease with a low monthly payment. I also need high miles. My lease w as nt due for a few months,but I wanted to start shopping around before winter time. I saw a few commercials for the Hyundai elantra with an attractive payment so i thought id stop in. Ive been to a few other dealerships prior and always left feeling a mix between defeated,hopeless and disrespected. I knew what i wanted, and wasnt going to be taken advantage of. I stopped in to Towne after work one night to check out the Elantra, expecting to be treated poorly like the other previous dealerships. I was in for quite a surprise! FRom the moment I walked in i was greeted by happy, smiling faces, i actually felt welcomed! I told my salesman (Bill) what i wanted, and where i felt comfortable with the monthly payment being and that i was looking to pull ahead a lease. HE listened to everything i wanted,didnt try to push me into options i didnt want or need and treated me with respect. I was going away on a trip and wasn't sure if I wanted to make any decisions before, and he was completely understanding. IN the end, we came up with a monthly rate and down payment i was comfortable with and even the color i wanted. I was very pressed for time and wasn't going to be able to stop back in to finalize the paperwork before I went away, so Bill went the extra mile and met me at my job to finish up the process and go over all the disclosures and to finalize the deal! IT was so easy from start to finish I couldn't believe it! Towne Hyundai and Bill Kuhn have won my business and blew away my expectations! I ve been recommending Towne to family and friends also looking to turn in leases in the coming months . Overall best car buying experience ive ever had. More
