We went into the Towne Hyundai dealership in response to an offer we got in the mail for trading in our Hyundai Santa Fe... it was for $2000.00 above book value. Since our Santa Fe had 110,000 miles on it w an offer we got in the mail for trading in our Hyundai Santa Fe... it was for $2000.00 above book value. We met with Tom and discussed our situation... at first I wanted another SUV like the Santa Fe, but soon realized the Elantra was more for us.Tom was very helpful in making the best deal we could possibly get, including helping us do an immediate trade-in with our Santa Fe... We visited Towne Hyundai on Saturday, October 29, 2011 to take advantage of a "buy-out" deal offered on my 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Little did we know that we would drive home in the worst October snow storm i take advantage of a "buy-out" deal offered on my 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Little did we know that we would drive home in the worst October snow storm in a NEW 2012 Hyundai Sonata! Renny Dios is the best salesman! He actually listened to me when I gave my color choice and what I desired in a car! It is rare to find a caring car salesman, and even rarer still to find him working side-by-side with other caring people. Of course, Renny had other customers that day, but he still took time to be sure we were taken care of. By the time we left Towne Hyundai, the snow had been falling steadily and about 8 inches had accumulated. Rt. 10 was backed up with traffic. I pulled out of Towne Hyundai and felt confident that the Sonata would manage the snow-covered roads. The ride home to Oak Ridge was nerve-wracking - however, the snowplow in front of us had a difficult time when it started to slide sideways down a hill and I continued to inch along behind it - neither slipping, nor sliding! I love, love, love my 2012 Sonata! It is the perfect car for me. I am so happy we went to Towne Hyundai and met Renny Dios. Since taking the Sonata home, Renny has called me several times. He always asks how I am and if I am enjoying the Sonata. Of course, he already knows I love the car, but he still calls to see how I am getting along with the Sonata. We ended up not picking it up until the end of that week but Sean was patient unlike other car dealers we have dealt with in the past. Once we came to pick up the car everything was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Sean even followed up with us the next day to see how we liked the car which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.
