I took delivery of a 2024 with 1500 miles on it when it was dark outside. I noticed the next day it had body damage. I texted the salesman and told him, he said he’d get with his manager to see what he say was dark outside. I noticed the next day it had body damage. I texted the salesman and told him, he said he’d get with his manager to see what he says. The next day I get a text back from him. The text said my manager knew of the damage and that’s why it was sold for the price it was sold for. Never heard anything back from the salesperson or manager. Is this the way all group 1 dealers do buisness? Customer service at its worst I must say. More

My salesperson, Sebastian, was great. I gave them a 2 star rating because the price I was quoted by the sales person was not the price/deal I got from the finance guy. And I had done all I gave them a 2 star rating because the price I was quoted by the sales person was not the price/deal I got from the finance guy. And I had done all the financing stuff prior to walking in the dealership. And the finance guy said the price like I wouldn’t notice he up my monthly payment by $50 and lowered the miles from 12k to 10k (i leased). I honestly feel like they tried to take advantage of me by raising the monthly price and lowering the miles. Also, I sent the GM an email saying I’d like to discuss my experience and never got an email or call back. So I’m pretty disappointed in my experience. They could have corrected this experience quickly. But instead they have chosen to ignore it. For those reasons I would definitely recommend another dealership. More
I’ve had three disappointing interactions with them in the last two weeks. First, I tried to drop off my car and stood in their office at least 15 minutes before I finally found someone to help me. Second, I had a problem with the car very soon after the appointment, so I called to ask if it was related to the recalls they did. Twice Joe said he didn’t know what recalls they did, even though I’d given my full name and the year/model of my car. I actually had to suggest that maybe he could look it up. Third, Johnny left me a voicemail during my second appointment. I called back and had to leave a message. I also texted. Several hours passed before I picked up the car and he never responded to either. How can they hire such unhelpful jerks for customer service jobs?! More
