Usually a very dependable place to get your car inspected and serviced. I love the new building and the fact that they give you a car wash now, but you have to ask for it! I was a little upset when I got my and serviced. I love the new building and the fact that they give you a car wash now, but you have to ask for it! I was a little upset when I got my car back from its yearly inspection oil change, and tire rotation in that when I started my car, there was a TPMS warning on the dash! I mentioned it to Josh a senior service manager, who happened to be standing nearby, and he drove my car around and said he was sorry that should’ve been taken care of before they gave me the car. Also, I asked if I could have the car washed. he did not hesitate wash the car, however, the car wash didn’t do a good job of really cleaning the exterior. Still a lot of dirt on the back. Once I got the car, I did my own inspection and found that the wiper washer fluid had not been filled as it should’ve been, and the air filter box was left disconnected, not properly clipped closed. I found Josh again and let him know. He said to contact him directly next time I brought my car in and he would personally see that the job was done properly. Josh is awesome! Whom ever actually did the service on my car might need a little more training. Still, I will continue to bring my car to town north, as they’ve been serving well for years. More

As usual I received EXCELLENT service from Town North Mazda for my 22 year old truck. The mechanic staff is nothing less than the best and everyone is so professional.
