I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. I am updating my review as they have made it. I have a big issue on Friday from American Casualty Insurance that cause Town East Ford not to release my vehicle. Service department blow off Bought a Ford Expedition in Sept of 2017 from Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas. Currently has 24,445 miles on it and a tire blew on the freeway. Thes Bought a Ford Expedition in Sept of 2017 from Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas. Currently has 24,445 miles on it and a tire blew on the freeway. These Good Year tires have a 60,000 mile warranty. When I called the service department, they said I would have to contact Good Year for any help. The honest thing to do would be to prorate my tire and sell me a new one. That is why I hate doing business with dealerships. More

Ford's crap Ok my transmission in my Ford Focus as Ford has acknowledge it their fault started slipping so I bring it here where I bought it.. So hey tell me it could be up to 14 days before they maybe able to diagnose the problem. So here I am no car to drive and they don't care about me Walking. But when I bought this car I also bought a premium package of coverage on it for problems which I had with it and it has a rental car that I could be driving EXCEPT I can't get it because I have to wait till it's diagnosed first. What kind of company let's there customers walk when it's their fault the vehicle is broke down. I need my rental car now not later. I will say this Ford does not take care of their customer to good. After I am done with this car I will never buy a Ford again. Neither should you. More

Sons car in for CEL My sons 2016 Focus ST CEL illuminated the other day and I recommended TownEast Ford to him because I had heard they have a good Service Team. After diagnosis, the car reauired a TuneUp consisting of a spark plug change, an injector, o2 sensor and air intake decarbonization.. The service technician recommended a brake fluid flush and.a.xoolant flush as.well. After they completed the work, albeit with a few questions from me about labor charges, the Service Manager Steve Fuller contacted me directly and negotiated a fair and reasonable explanation.and tesolved ally concerns about the service rendered to my sons car. We are satisfied with how the car is working now, and I would recommend Town East Ford in the future.for any.of your service needs. They truly want happy customers. More
