I bought a truck here a while back and its been MONTHS and I still havent recieved my tags, so I went back up there and they literally told me that I had to go to the DMV and BUY myself a new paper tag fo and I still havent recieved my tags, so I went back up there and they literally told me that I had to go to the DMV and BUY myself a new paper tag for THEIR mess up. But the worst part about my entire experience is that they sold me the truck and they didnt even have the title to the truck and no one knows where the title is, so I have been driving a truck that Im assuming this dealership didnt even OWN yet… And on top of that im JUST NOW finding out about this. and no one will help me I just keep getting the run around and nothing solidified. Worst car buying experience of my life. We agreed on a deal, they told me that I was going to leave with a new truck and then came back with a 15k up-charge because “ it’s hard to find this truck”. Websi deal, they told me that I was going to leave with a new truck and then came back with a 15k up-charge because “ it’s hard to find this truck”. Website price was 68390.00 and when it was all over they tried to charge me 83,300.00. They had every opportunity to tell me the real cost price before I took the day off work and spent 4hrs there to find out there was a 15k up-charge. Snake in the grass doesn't even begin to describe these crooks. More
Paid over $2000 for brakes and electrical. Returned 5 times for brake rework-still not fixed. Electrical was incomprehensible. They owe me a refund-with no response. I will never trust this shop again-for nothing. Had to take somewhere else to have fixed. So I paid twice for the repairs. I am blessed that all is fixed and have a overwhelming peace in knowing that. However don't care to be ripped off. More
I Purchased a new car I noticed some things that needed to be addressed such as: First I took off from early for two days I was told my vehicle had a recall so I made arrangement to get a rental which was to be addressed such as: First I took off from early for two days I was told my vehicle had a recall so I made arrangement to get a rental which was false, sunroof had greasy marks on it. I was sent to body shop for the greasy print the guy from body shop stated it was service dept where I needed to go. Secondly my display panel is damaged and the service dept advisor Jonathan Spence Smith has yet notified me of an update of the part it’s been since September before my first payment was due I’m having issues. The service manager stated a salesperson from service would call me to give a discount on accessories I wanted never received a call or email, I spoke with General Manage to assist with my issues he called Ashley customer relation associate to assist and it seems like someone dropped the ball. My Sales person Alex Jimenez called me on my Birthday I ask to do follow up never heard a word back from him either. I will not recommend anyone to this location customer service I thought was not as I expected. Thank you More
They have my car going on 4 weeks now. They keep pushing my "done" day back every week but won't tell me until the day I was supposed to be able to pick it up. I declined a $1,600 service with them during the second week when my car was supposed to be ready the following Monday. Since I have declined the service they keep giving me the run around on my service after already telling me the first week that the warranty was approved and work would begin they said oops we need one last "ok" but took a week to take pictures they needed...was just told today (the car was supposed to be ready today) that it will be another week. I regret ever buying this car from Ford and do not recommend anyone buying from towneast Ford unless your ok with being played with. More
