In my career I've leased or purchased more than a hundred vehicles. When purchasing vehicles for my own use I have always taken a business approach to the purchase. I approach the dealership with no intentio vehicles. When purchasing vehicles for my own use I have always taken a business approach to the purchase. I approach the dealership with no intention of making friends or any long term commitment to a dealership. Arron Anguiano my salesman quickly changed my view on this issue at Town East Ford. Arron's knowledge of the vehicle I purchased surpassed my expectations as well as all his efforts towards showing me all that the dealership has to offer. I purchased the vehicle at a fair price and at a lower interest rate than expected. The entire process though lengthy was completed quicker than expected. In addition to all the above I received oil changes for the first 25,000 miles and an invitation for a steak dinner hosted by the dealership. I was recently referred to Chad, when my new Explorer was experiencing a few minor issues with the Sync System. His approach to issue and his accomodating "can do" atitude, is much appreciated. My husband and I took our son to this dealership to look at a used vehicle. We negotiated a price and advised if the price was not one that they would accept to not waste our time or pull my son's credit. at a used vehicle. They came back in and tried to sell on payment and ignored the price of the car. We were specifically told we had a firm price. This dealership demonstrated an extreme lack of integrity. I would not buy from this dealer. They can not be trusted. The only good thing that came out of this visit is they taught our son a valuable life lesson. More

Anyone going to try to deal with these crooks and liers beware of Town East Ford.I came in to get a price on the escape and got the run around. When trying to get a price it took an hour and half just to get the bottom line.When I told them I was going to look at Parkcities ford the sales rep Jason told me they were selling hail damage escapes and that parkcities would not tell me this.I than left not only because of their rude and strong arm tatics but they wasted so much of my time.Then Jason started to call me everyday to see if I have purchased the escape.I told him I was still intrested but would be getting a price from parkcities and informed him Ihad a great deal on a toyota Venza.I gave him the price of the venza and jason told me he would beat the price by a $1000.00 dollars if I came in today.Well I made an appointment with Jason that afternoon and they even had some girl call me back to make sure I was coming.I showed up on time was pony off to another sales rep than waited thirty mins to get this new price which of course was not the figure jason gave me. I confronted this manager named jay who told me very ina very rude way that we don`t have escapes at that price.I told jay this was some bait and switch crap and as I was leaving jay yelled at me {NICE ATTITUDE} I replyed You wasted my time and are liers and you would not know sales if it ran up your ass.I got in my camry and this manager jay came out to my car in a threating manner and wanted to know what I told him.I was more than happy to repete it for him.I have reported this to ford corp. I started having problems with the navigation system the day after I had the I purchased a new Ford Edge on 6/27/11 from Town East Ford in Mesquite. I started having problems with the navigation system the day after I had the Edge.Took it back to the dealer & after several to the dealer was told the navigation system had a problem & needed to be replaced.They offered to take the Edge back & sell me one that was in transient to the dealer.It was $2000.00 more than the one I had.When it came in a week later I took delivery & when I was looking a the purchase agreement the next day I discovered that the Finance Manger Seth Baker had changed the discount price I had agreed on the first Edge from $2539.93 to $701.00. I was not made aware of this change in the dealership. If I had I would not have signed the agreement.I told Mr. Baker I hope I don't have to get a lawyer involved in this. He told me it would not do any good that the owner of Town East Ford is a billionaire & owned many dealerships, that any lawyer I would hare would be no match against his lawyers!
