I wish I had checked the dealers reputation and rating before going to dealership and saved my time. I had bad experience. I will not recommend this dealer. Lots of sales pressure and made up stories. Onl before going to dealership and saved my time. I had bad experience. I will not recommend this dealer. Lots of sales pressure and made up stories. Online prices listed by dealer are wrong to attract buyers. I reccommend buyers to not even try. I find this dealership a waste of time! More

BEWARE: Sales department list vehicles at very attractive low price on autotrader, cars.com and their own website which they dont have in stock to bring you in and when you arrive they tell you it was just s low price on autotrader, cars.com and their own website which they dont have in stock to bring you in and when you arrive they tell you it was just sold. I found this vehicle on autotraders and went to Ford east website to see it was in stock. I requested test drive and more info. Next morning sales person called me and i asked if vehicle was still available. I was told yes it was. I made appointment for test drive and reached at dealership in 3hours (i live 2hours away from dealership). when i got there, sales man told me it was sold.Sales person asked me to look for other vehicle but i told him no. He said why do you want same vehicle so bad.I asked him to show me that vehicle i came for was sold in last 3 hours but he did not have any answer to that.I asked for manager, Sales person took me to another sales person name Brian churry who said he was manager. I asked him about vehicle and he told me it was sold yesterday. I told him i drove for 2hours (100miles) and made sure if they had a vehicle. He replaid " he does not have a record for my appointment" and he also " does not care about how long did it take me to get there". I asked him to call general manager but he said he is owner/partner. Liersssss... Dont shop with them. There are many several reputable dealerships who care about their costumers so pick some other dealership. BEWARE: Save your time and told fall in trap with their false and misleading information and deceptive advertisement. Not recommended at all More

Called to check on the availability of a car they had advertised on line. Gave the stock number etc. and Joel said they actually had two on the lot. Drove an hour to get there and was told when I got the advertised on line. Gave the stock number etc. and Joel said they actually had two on the lot. Drove an hour to get there and was told when I got there the cars had been sold. Then they tried to sell me something else - typical bait and switch. This dealership is the reason people hate car salesmen. Ethics is apparently not a priority. Beware!! More
I got a new Ford F-150 on Monday and got a great deal on it. I can't complain about anything. They kept their word. Here is how to get a great deal. Go there with what it cost. It's that simple. I did it. I can't complain about anything. They kept their word. Here is how to get a great deal. Go there with what it cost. It's that simple. I did my research on the internet, knew what the prices were and then it was all easy. I got really low financing as well. So I appreciate it More
I just bought a 2011 Mustang GT, and got it for $5500 under MSRP. Yes, I did get a great price on the car, but it involved a haggle and car salesmen.... um misrepresented statements. I guess that can be under MSRP. Yes, I did get a great price on the car, but it involved a haggle and car salesmen.... um misrepresented statements. I guess that can be expected, since it's their job to get the most money out of the customer. I just dislike the process. Anyway, I did allot of research and cost comparison through the Internet, and when I contact the Internet sales I was emailed a great price. Such a great price with no hassle, I made up mind to go with these folks right away. I told the Internet Manager I was be in on a curtain day to buy the car. When I got there I asked to see Kim (Internet Sales), but she was not around. I was handed off to 2 salesmen. One qualified and the other under instruction. They offered me $3000 under MSRP. Not a bad start, but not what I was quoted over the Internet. Got to love technology, because I pulled out my Droid X and showed him the email quote. I told him that's what I'm paying and nothing more. The experienced salesmen quickly came back and said their price included the Town East Advantage Plan (dealer installed options) and the Internet quote did not include that. I then showed him the fine details of the email quote, which specifically said "this price includes the Town East Advantage Plan." He had to talk to his manager again and again, but then accepted the quoted price. What a waste of time that was, but I ended up with the car I wanted and at a price I liked. I would rate these guys higher, but the salesman's behavior was very annoying and wasted my time. I'd go back only if the price was right. More
After purchasing our new 2010 F150 Lariat we were hit with the usual thousands of dollars worth of extra. We decided the next day that we did not want the extras valued at $3500. We immediately went to with the usual thousands of dollars worth of extra. We decided the next day that we did not want the extras valued at $3500. We immediately went to Town East Ford and spoke with Derek and was told that Ford had already funded the truck. He went on to say that since we changed our minds quickly enough that it was no problem that a cancellation request would be sent the next business day and Ford Motor Credit would be refunded the money by the dealership. 29 days later we received our first bill and immediately noticed that the $3500 had not been removed from the financed amount of the truck. We called Ford Motor Credit and they explained that no such request or refund had every been sent by the dealership. We then contacted Town East Ford and spoke with Brandon. He assured us that the problem would me immediately dealt with and that an electronic check would be sent to Ford Motor Credit. He apologized that our request had not been processed yet, after 29 days. We were then told to check the payoff balance in one to two business days because that's how long it would take the money to post to our account. It has now been seven business days, 36 days total and the problem has not been taken care of. We again called Ford Motor Credit and asked if there was anything pending or on hold, anything that could help us. We were not only told that there was nothing only hold but that Ford Motor Credit did not do electronic transfers. We again attempted to Call Town East Ford for some clarification and our phone call was not returned. We have been flagrantly lied to by representatives of Town East Ford. Since this has begun I have heard numerous horror stories about this dealership. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone for any reason. They are dishonest and a black eye to the Ford Motor Company. More
