I had previously purchased a used vehicle from Town East Ford. I got a car that I really liked at a great price. It was a very nice car until someone turned in front of me and totaled my car. Aaron worked hard in finding something in my price range with hardly any money to put down. Ended up getting a brand new Ford Ranger XLT right at the monthly payments I wanted. Everyone that worked on getting me into this truck were very friendly and help to keep the payments right where I needed it to be. I never felt pressured or rushed into making the decision to buy. During my recent search for a dependable but "teen appealing" car for my daughter, I attempted to work with several dealerships by internet. I was disappointed by some dealerships whose inventory search required that you provide contact information which would start a endless chain of phone calls and attempts to get me on their lot which were two of the things I was hoping to avoid until I was actually ready to test drive and sign papers. Some dealerships clearly do not see the value of internet sales and couldn't even get their act together; they had trouble getting sales reps to return calls. The one dealership that connected quickly with me and showed commitment to finding me a vehicle that met all of my criterion (dependability, appeal, mileage, fuel efficiency, and price) was TOWN EAST FORD and more specifically salesman JASON VAN HESSEN. Jason worked feverishly searching their lot in the sizzling Texas temperatures over 100 degrees to find vehicle options for me. I never felt like I lost control of the purchase through what past sales reps have used: "pushy and sometimes demeaning) tactics. Salesman was very aggressive and every time was asking us to put an initial on the paper that we would buy the car for the price he named. Then he would go away and come back 20 min later to tell that price is different now. It happened several times and we wasted 2 hours on that bargaining part. At the end he said "sorry, I will buy you a lunch or something. The price I was talking to you about was for a different car". That was strange, because before that he printed out carfax report for the car we wanted and it was discussed in all the details. Anyway, we left the place at 9:30 pm empty handed and disappointed. I went to the dealership last Wednesday and it was really cold. I walked around looking at pickup trucks and spotted two that I liked. I got a real good price on one of the pickup trucks and so I bought it. I am now the owner of a 2011 dark blue F-150. Great truck. Am Blessed More

I took my car in to get new tires and to check to see if the brakes were ok as they were making noise. I got a great price on the tires and they explained how the tires were rated. My wife and I went to Town East Ford because they have a large selection of used cars and we saw one online that we liked. This was my first car buying experience and it really taught me the value of knowing what not to do when you go into a dealership. Town East Ford is the kind of high pressure car selling you hear stories taught me the value of knowing what not to do when you go into a dealership. Town East Ford is the kind of high pressure car selling you hear stories about. I ended up being there for 5 hours. They will not let you leave until you buy something. If you do not buy from one salesman, they'll send in another until they get you. :-( If you are going with Ford, I would recommend the Five Star Ford in Plano. I looked at their cars first, and they weren't nearly as pushy as the Town East Ford salespeople. If you asked to leave, they actually gave you back your license without too much effort. Also don't be deceived by the prices on the website. Add at least $2000 to anything because of dealer add-ons that they apply to all vehicles. This includes tint and some sort of gps tracking system. I'd never go here again. More
