Anyone going to try to deal with these crooks and liers beware of Town East Ford.I came in to get a price on the escape and got the run around. When trying to get a price it took an hour and half just to get the bottom line.When I told them I was going to look at Parkcities ford the sales rep Jason told me they were selling hail damage escapes and that parkcities would not tell me this.I than left not only because of their rude and strong arm tatics but they wasted so much of my time.Then Jason started to call me everyday to see if I have purchased the escape.I told him I was still intrested but would be getting a price from parkcities and informed him Ihad a great deal on a toyota Venza.I gave him the price of the venza and jason told me he would beat the price by a $1000.00 dollars if I came in today.Well I made an appointment with Jason that afternoon and they even had some girl call me back to make sure I was coming.I showed up on time was pony off to another sales rep than waited thirty mins to get this new price which of course was not the figure jason gave me. I confronted this manager named jay who told me very ina very rude way that we don`t have escapes at that price.I told jay this was some bait and switch crap and as I was leaving jay yelled at me {NICE ATTITUDE} I replyed You wasted my time and are liers and you would not know sales if it ran up your ass.I got in my camry and this manager jay came out to my car in a threating manner and wanted to know what I told him.I was more than happy to repete it for him.I have reported this to ford corp. I started having problems with the navigation system the day after I had the I purchased a new Ford Edge on 6/27/11 from Town East Ford in Mesquite. I started having problems with the navigation system the day after I had the Edge.Took it back to the dealer & after several to the dealer was told the navigation system had a problem & needed to be replaced.They offered to take the Edge back & sell me one that was in transient to the dealer.It was $2000.00 more than the one I had.When it came in a week later I took delivery & when I was looking a the purchase agreement the next day I discovered that the Finance Manger Seth Baker had changed the discount price I had agreed on the first Edge from $2539.93 to $701.00. I was not made aware of this change in the dealership. If I had I would not have signed the agreement.I told Mr. Baker I hope I don't have to get a lawyer involved in this. He told me it would not do any good that the owner of Town East Ford is a billionaire & owned many dealerships, that any lawyer I would hare would be no match against his lawyers! We walked in to get a ball park figure on two vehicles and where help by a guy named Brett. He was very pleasant and very helpful. When asked about a price he went to get his supervisor AJ. His supervisor walked in and told us to test drive it first. We said we are only looking for ballpark numbers today (we had our car totaled in a wreck and are waiting for check to be cut.) He kept trying to push us to test drive when we asked for a ballpark figure again, He got very rude and said what does it matter you are not buying a car today. You can look on the Internet for that. So we said okay we will leave then. His response was "good it makes my job easier". It's funny how they want you to spend 20,000 of your money and yet what to be very disrespectful. We then called to voice a complaint and one of the managers kept interrupting as my girlfriend was fruit to explain situation. She then got upset and a little more forceful and he kept interrupting. Hesaid to her "if this is the attitude you gave AJ you deserve what Serivce you got" and hung up. This place is very disrespectful and I would never go pack here. We are thinking of going to the ford in Plano (which has higher reviews than this crap hole) or another company all together. I would urge anyone else to do the same. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! More

My husband and I came for an oil change in my 2009 F150 and inspection for our 2005 F150. We left 5 hours later with a brand new 2011 F150 to replace the 2009 F150. WOW! Their staff from Service to Sales and inspection for our 2005 F150. We left 5 hours later with a brand new 2011 F150 to replace the 2009 F150. WOW! Their staff from Service to Sales was outstanding - very honest and accommodating. We have always bought our new vehicles from John Austin and will continue to purchase every vehicle from him. The entire staff was very customer service oriented and caring about your business. More
