Horrible Experience I had a horrible experience with Town East Ford. I would highly recommend that people steer far away from this dealership. They are full of a bunch of lying salesman and managers. I have owned nothing but Ford's and even purchased my last vehicle from them with a much better experience. Here is what happened. I had been speaking with one of their sales associates for about a week about their F-150 Supercrews. I was upfront and honest with them about my situation of having quite a bit of negative equity to roll into the new purchase. The salesman kept reassuring me that he and his manager said that they could do the deal and keep my payments where I needed them to be. I came into the dealership and found the truck that I wanted and we kept going back and forth about the price of the truck and my payments. When I came I told them that I did not want to waste time if they couldn't do it and they kept saying they could. The manager kept coming back with ridiculous prices and I told him no and then said that I was done and leaving. He then had a salesman come and get me and said that they could do the deal. I agreed to the terms with the sales manager and then I sat there waiting for hours. They finally came and got me and took me to finance and they said that they were drawing up the papers and they took the truck to be cleaned. I get to finance and the guy said well because it is late that we would do the paperwork the next day because they needed to put the lender in the field but they needed to talk to them the next morning. He had me sign some papers so that I could take the truck with me. I signed and I left. He promised he would call the next morning and he never did. I called several times throughout the day and never heard a word back from anyone. I went to the dealership when I got off of work and then had to wait some more. All for the sales manager to come out and say that they weren't going to be able to do the deal that we agreed upon from the night before and that here is the new deal which was even higher than the one we agreed upon. He said that they were losing $2400 on the deal anyways, but what the deal was is that they had priced the truck wrong to begin with and so they thought because I was a single woman that I wouldn't know what they were doing and that I would just pay the higher price and be good with it. I told them this was ridiculous and that we had already agreed upon the price, but they refused to honor it. I told them to give my car back. They brought my car back and they had torn my toll tag off and it can't be used anymore. Then there was stickers and writing all over the windows and my license plates were off. They tried to hand me the keys and say here you go. I said I didn't bring my car in this way and so you better take care of it. They also owe me a new toll tag. The people at that dealership were not friendly and have no integrity whatsoever. Please steer clear because they will end up screwing you in the end!!! No wonder they have so many cars on their lots and no wonder no one was in there the night I went in to buy my truck. That should have been my first clue when I walked in and the place was empty! More

Worth the 30 minute drive Nate with internet sales was great to deal with. He was not pushy whatsoever and came off as being very honest with me.
