I had just come off a very trying time you see I took care of my mom for 6 years because of Alzheimer's when it came time to put her in a home and that is very expensive to make long story short we lost everything I mean all of it. I needed a car in a bad way, His kindness and his big heart and the way talks reminded me of Sling Blade I Like the way you talk. You was second to none. I needed a car and fast they trusted me and I trusted them. Andrew kept me in the loop and we come to a agreement pretty fast. My special thanks to Mr Dominguez for his trust in me to follow up with my Part. More

Went through the entire process of buying a car, traded mine in, drove the new (used) car home to have my sales guy call me the next day and tell me I needed to bring money back down or have a co signer or bring the car back!!!! After I was "approved" and did all the finance paper work. Don't ever buy from these shady people. More

I figured i would give it one more shot. The prices at this dealership were much more reasonable than what I had seen in my month long search for a veicle. My salesman Andrew was very friendly and helpful. I got the exact vehicle (except for color but it was close) that I wanted with all the bells and whistles. After going home and thinking about the vehicle, He called to check on me and helped me decide what was right for me. He made me feel very comfortable that I could trust him. I returned to the dealership filled out the credit app and in less than 30 mins the vehicle was mine. He made it all go very easy. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a fast and friendly service on buying a vehicle and at the right price! Thank you to all who helped getting me into my ford truck! And thank you Andrew for your great service. :) ~Tammy More
Completely Satisfied. I had been car-less for 6 months when I reached out to Town East Ford... I didn't know if I would qualify, let alone get approved for a vehicle. I was I had been car-less for 6 months when I reached out to Town East Ford... I didn't know if I would qualify, let alone get approved for a vehicle. I was playing phone tag with a few other dealerships and was getting discouraged. I was immediately impressed with Thomas O'Doherty. This salesman was friendly and knowledgeable! (Not my usual experience with car salesmen) We discussed my options and walked me, a first time buyer, through each step. The finance process is very intimidating for a FTB with poor credit, but he helped guide me though it! I drove away in a Ford that weekend. I've already referred friends/family to him and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My boyfriend bought a car from him last week! More

My girlfriend recently purchased a car from here, so i figured I would give it a shot. I went in and filled out my guest sheet and credit application. I had the same salesperson. Thomas O'Doherty was very friendly and helpful. We found my vehicle very quick and they were able to meet my needs. The price was good too. I will definitely be a return customer when the time comes. Thanks Town East Ford. More
Do not go here to buy you car worst dealership around. First I would love to thank you thomas for making it clear to me that when buying your car you never get what you want. Your boss should be real proud First I would love to thank you thomas for making it clear to me that when buying your car you never get what you want. Your boss should be real proud of you you practically opened the door for me to leave that ridiculous place you call employment I had 2500 dollars in your pocket ready to get my fiancé the beautiful car she wanted I was even going to accept the bs of 18% because nate had suggested to take the price of the vehicle down due to the fact whoever your internet sales are cant even put up correct information. But then you came along and ruined your companys opportunity of gaining a new client with your smart remarks about "its simple math" and "you will never get what you want" then tried to get me to sign a document that was not what we had agreed on. I feel bad for any person that doesnt know the difference and gets tricked into signing there hard earned money away to supposedly slick people like yourself. You were very rude and disrespectful to me and infront of my fiancé and kids. Lucky they were there and then have the nerve to call my phone the next day asking for us to come back and see if we can work something out no sir you have lost my business now and probably will nevery buy from your location or any other company in business with yous. I hope you see this review and realize how much you need to change your attitude when speaking to people with there family oresent or even at all they have 100 other companies they could be at but they are there. Thats all have a good day. Nate you at least tried to help so I appreciate that. More
Opportunistic Dealer Stay Away NO STARs (Yes its that bad...) Looking to buy a Mustang GT350. Saw one advertised here. Please be careful of this "business" because they have put NO STARs (Yes its that bad...) Looking to buy a Mustang GT350. Saw one advertised here. Please be careful of this "business" because they have put an additional "mark-up" on the car of over $20,000.00. The only people who would do this are people who are more focused on taking advantage rather than being part of the community. Seriously, look at the previous reviews for this place. Can all these people be wrong...? ****************************************************************************** Shame on you Town East Ford - It's opportunistic people like you that give the whole industry a bad rap! This is the WORST dealer I have ever seen. I was there only to help a friend purchase a car as she has not purchased many cars and was afraid she would get taken advantage of. Well good thing I was there because they were going to try and take her for a ride. I had a bad feeling from the moment I pulled on the lot.. They surrounded my car like a bunch of VULTURES. I seriously took pictures of this because I have never seen it this bad. I just sat in my car waiting for my friend to get there and 3 different guys stood to where I couldn't back up. Needless to say I won on the wait and they finally went and suffocated someone else that pulled up on the lot.. Ok fast forward. My friend has had some credit issues, but she had a pre-approved car loan through a 3rd party finance. She talked to the bank numerous times and they told her all was good and that she just needed to take the packet in and the dealer would fill their part out and get the funding. She called Town East Ford and made sure they accepted the 3 party financing and was told, YES!! all the time!! Well over 2 hours latter, the rudest man I have ever met that supposed to be in customer service set there and bold faced lied to her. Said the finance company she had the approval through was now requiring a co-signer. I knew this was not true. Then he started badgering her for money down. What he was doing was trying to get her financed through them so he could get a kickback on the interest and also so they wouldn't have to pay a little bit of loan fees to do the loan through who she had financing through. I believe his name was Jimmy Hill or something like that. I put my friend on the phone with the approval bank, and the bank plain as day said no co-signer needed, no additional money down.. that everything was good to go with the loan.. He then came up with more BS to throw out of his mouth. I told her lets go, drove right down the road and got her a much nicer car, no issues at all using her pre-approved loan, and no BS issues like this dealer is all about.. I know now why they need to swarm a car when it pulls on the lot, because they have piss poor customer service, play bait and switch games, and tell you what you want to hear on the phone to get you in the door and then run your credit to 100 different banks... all when she already had a approved loan. You people are a poor excuse for a customer service oriented business. The lady that was helping us though, I wish I could remember her name, was super sweet and seemed like more of a messenger. You are to good to be there. You should go back to Richardson Dodge where you came from. Those folks seem much better out there when I dealt with them not long ago. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DOES NOT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY(like it says on their website) Also says on their website "You and your needs come first! That's a joke.. I could go on and on.. but please, do NOT do business with these crooks. I know they are a Berkshire Hathaway group dealer.. I'm sure Warren Buffett would be ashamed to know your running this run down looking buildings right into the ground.. Good night! and Good riddance. More
Tried 2 Sell Wrecked Car as Clean Let me first start by saying that I understand that accidents are apart of life. As such, there will always be used cars with a history of repairs. I Let me first start by saying that I understand that accidents are apart of life. As such, there will always be used cars with a history of repairs. I have no problems with these cars as long as everyone is honest. Honesty is NOT the first word that comes to mind when I think of Town East Ford. I was all set to sign for a 2012 mustang (one with clean car fax and auto check) when a form was placed in front of me to sign regarding "minor dent" repairs. Upon reading the document I realized the repairs were actually to fix body work that was damaged as a result of a t bone collision! At first I couldn't understand why both car fax and auto check reported the car as accident free. Then I realized the repairs were only a month old. This wasn't enough time to update on either company's records. The manager of course claimed he had no idea but I call BS. The repairs were made in house so of course they knew! Let this be a lesson to all (myself included). Don't trust car fax or auto check. Get a mechanical AND body inspection. $100 now will save thousands in the long run. More
