While driving, my wedding ring slipped off my finger. I saw it fall toward the floor. I drove straight home in order to get my ring. I looked everywhere and could not find it. I was certain it was under the seat. I pushed the seat back and forth to no avail. I called Town East Ford Service, and fortunately, Alicia Hughes answered the phone. She told me to bring my car in and they would take another look. I went directly to the service department. Alicia and others brought out cellphones and used the light to search again. No ring!! By then, I was a nervous wreck! I was told they could take the car back and remove the door seal, take out the seat, and look under the carpet!! The car was taken to the shop and the experts worked their magic! They found my ring under the carpet!!! I was absolutely thrilled! Thank you to this incredible team!!! 2014 F-150 engine light cane on I had my 2014 Ford F 150 engine light come on at 122,000 miles. Worried it could be very expensive to fix I took my truck I took it to Town East For I had my 2014 Ford F 150 engine light come on at 122,000 miles. Worried it could be very expensive to fix I took my truck I took it to Town East Ford. I worked with Josh in service had my truck diagnosed and came up with a plan to get it back running smoothly. Josh took his time and worked with me to help save me money and make sure my truck will drive for another 100k Miles. I had oil changed as well. These guys at Town East are professional. Yes Josh had to tell me news I did not want to hear but he had a plan to help me figure it out. Great experience. More

Dealers cheated me on rebate and ruined my credit The dealers offered me a ridiculous price(~MSRP) and pushed me to apply their autoloan to get the resonable price even I really want to pay by cash. T The dealers offered me a ridiculous price(~MSRP) and pushed me to apply their autoloan to get the resonable price even I really want to pay by cash. They told me that I have to apply a loan to receive the rebate(actually it's a rebate for cash buyer!). But in fact there is no any finance rebate for the vehicle I was going to purchase. Also, they asked me to sign the authorization for credit inquiry without serious reminder. And of course, they made a lot of hard inquiries on my credit and successfully ruined it. A good lesson, thank you for telling me how aggressive and fxxxx you guys are. PS: I recorded what we talked onsite and at phone and I would be happy to show it if I receive any threat :) More
