Bought the truck but with hours of haggling and waiting Taylor was a great salesman! He was very friendly and helpful. However sales or finance department in charge of running numbers were difficult to deal Taylor was a great salesman! He was very friendly and helpful. However sales or finance department in charge of running numbers were difficult to deal with and tried every way possible to make me pay more than I wanted to. Several hours of negotiations went on and before I walked out we finally agreed to do $10 a month more than I originally asked. Getting my truck the next day took 12 hours and 5 of that was me waiting around the dealership having to find things to do since my truck wasn’t ready when they said it would be..I’ve bought 7 vehicles previously and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. More

Search for the perfect King Ranch I spent hours researching for the perfect truck (and ultimately the perfect dealer), and a big part of that was working with Ranger Oppert who happily I spent hours researching for the perfect truck (and ultimately the perfect dealer), and a big part of that was working with Ranger Oppert who happily & patiently educated me over several hours of phone calls, on the various options, packages, pricing and ultimately finding me several options right in my sweet spot. Meanwhile I visited several other lots looking for the perfect truck and dealer. I ended up right back to Town East Ford where I felt like the team listened carefully, handled me patiently and with expedience. I'm one that enjoys the back and forth of settling on a fair price for the new truck and my trade. Negotiations ensued with Ranger Oppert with timely and gracious support from Gerald Whittington and ultimately Andrew McWilliams stayed late and got us to a final deal. Once the deal was agreed finance team member Jason Clark was quick, and patiently accommodating a last minute change on my part. Thanks to the great team at Town East Ford. Looking forward to my new truck and my new relationship with this dealership. More

My car buying experience Jesus M and Rico were very attentive and made me belief that they were interesting in me getting a new car of my liking. Although the time I spent the Jesus M and Rico were very attentive and made me belief that they were interesting in me getting a new car of my liking. Although the time I spent there at the dealership (3 to 31/2 hours) I didn’t feel like the time was dragging. Even Jason showed me by his actions that he wanted to help me purchase a car of my liking and within my limited budget. The experience was nice. More
