Peggy is such a wonderful and helpful reception, she just amazed me with her kindness!! And then I had to explain to Jim Ingrassia what exactly was wrong with my car and see what he could do about it. He was amazing,!!!!!!! He knew immediately what the problem was and assured me it would be taken care of by the best mechanics in the business.! and he was right!!!!! Everyone there was professional, helpful and extraordinary people to deal with, but a special kudos to Jim Ingrassia, as he was the person who I spoke to and worked with the most and he was the most helpful and professional person I have ever dealt with at a car service center! Great experience I have to begin my review with a funny story. I was getting ready to go to the park with my friend and 6 week old baby. There was an awful spider on m I have to begin my review with a funny story. I was getting ready to go to the park with my friend and 6 week old baby. There was an awful spider on my rear view mirror, which my friend attempted to kill by whacking the spider with her sneaker. All of a sudden, my rear view mirror came flying off! I was so upset because my car is brand new. I drove over to Town and Country in desperation hoping that someone would fix the mirror on the spot! The woman working behind the counter said that they were extremely busy, but luckily I then spoke to Jim Ingrassia. My life saver! He saw how upset I was about the situation especially that I had my infant in the car seat. He immediately got into the car and helped me. Jim called the mechanic right over to assess the situation and realized that the mirror had to be replaced. Jim ordered the part for me and called me in to be replaced. When I went in to get the mirror fixed, Jim had the mechanic work on my car immediately (knowing a had my infant at home). I can't thank Jim enough for helping me and accommodating me! I will definitely go back to Town and Country and ask for Jim to help me out. Not only was he extremely accommodating, he was friendly and personable. He truly is an asset to Town and Country! Very Helpful I stopped buy my dealer because I got a scam warranty company hounding me to buy an extended warranty even though we bought one when we bought our Dod I stopped buy my dealer because I got a scam warranty company hounding me to buy an extended warranty even though we bought one when we bought our Dodge Ram. The scam company to scare me lied and told me that the dealer didn't really give me a warranty. So Terrance assured me that we did really have one and he said he would send me a copy in the mail. He was very nice and assured me that we did have one. He also pointed out there wasn't even a company name on the envelope they sent me. Complete scam. They call my phone 4xs a week!. I'm sick of it! Brake Problem Corrected-----FINALLY I am the owner of a 2011 Dodge Caravan Crew with 22,000 miles on my vehicle. I am the only owner of this vehicle purchased new from Dodge. At 18,000 m I am the owner of a 2011 Dodge Caravan Crew with 22,000 miles on my vehicle. I am the only owner of this vehicle purchased new from Dodge. At 18,000 miles my brakes began to vibrate, so I took it to the dealership service center. I was informed that my rotors were warped and they would need to be cut. I was confused considering the vehicle has 18,000 on it at the time. A service rep there told me it was from the heat. $497.00 later my rotors were cut and the following month the brakes began to vibrate again. We brought the van back and this time we were told that we needed rear brakes and we would be charged again. My wife had contacted Dodge and were basically left at a dead end. We tried other service centers and no where would be of service. I called back Town and Country and this time was pleasantly surprised. This time I dealt with Jim Ingrassia, a gentleman who understands what customer service is. He listened to me rant and rave a bit about my situation and was courteous throughout our conversation. He understood my confusion of a vehicle with this amount of miles having these problems. He told me to bring it right in and he will look into. Look into he did, and fixed the problem replacing entire brakes by noon the same day at no charge. I wish we had dealt with him first because i have feeling i wouldn't have to had cut my rotors for $497. Jim restored my value in the Town and Country service center. I was contemplating choosing another Brand for my minivan needs until Jim Ingrassia rectified my service needs. My Family of 6 thanks him. I highly recommend going to Jim at Town and Country in Levittown NY. More
