Excellent service I brought my vehicle to Firestone on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown for a balance and brake light problem they told me something I didn't believe I I brought my vehicle to Firestone on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown for a balance and brake light problem they told me something I didn't believe I had a bad experience and didn't feel right when I left. After my annual inspection found leaking rear shocks I called the Service Dept at Town & Countr I need my car to get to work like most Long Islanders. After my annual inspection found leaking rear shocks I called the Service Dept at Town & Country to schedule an appointment (car has extended warranty). With no loaners available for more than a week, Jim Ingrassia was able to give me a Saturday morning appt which enabled me to get my shocks replaced and not miss work. I appreciate his accommodating and professional demeanor. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I will ask for him in the future if need be. More
