When i dropped off my challenger i was given a minivan. I asked if i can have something closer to my vehicle they advised to call back later. When i did call back i was told that i was lucky to even get a loaner car...I asked if this is how they speak to every customer? My car is doing things its not supposed to, im inconvenienced by having to go to work late because i need to drop off my car and im told im lucky!! I was also told the part for my sunroof isnt in and i would be contacted within a week to come back...2 weeks later my airbag light went off again and of course no call yet for sunroof part. I called up and advised the airbag light was going off again and if the part came in for sunroof, they advised it did, i asked why i didnt get a call, nothing said. I dropped off my car, again given a minivan. The minivan this time broke down infront of my home on labor day weekend leaving me with no car and noone to talk to since they were closed Sunday and Monday. I called on Tuesday and explained what happened, no apologies of course! they said my car would be ready today and they picked up their car. A day later i recieved a call accusing me of damaging the car!! The nerve of these people and how they speak to customers. Instead of apologizing to me for not having a car for 2 days they have the nerve to call and state i damaged their car...Unreal! I would advise all to stay far far away from this dealership! Absolute Nightmare and extremely unprofessional! More
Thank you Jim Jim was excellent and very accommodating. I'm usually not one to complain but when I did, he quickly resolved the issue and did so with a smile. I brought the car in for service due to a loud grinding noise after I changed two front tires. Jim Ingrassia promised me a loaner vehicle when I called to make the service appointment. When I arrived Jim Ingrassia informed me that there would be no loaner car available but he was waiting for one to be returned. A few days later I got a call from Jim Ingrassia informing me of what he thought the issue was. Again, the promised loaner vehicle was still not available. I told Jim that he should first check the tires (since I had changed only two front tires (of all-wheel drive vehicle) and under no circumstances do any other work that he was not 100% sure would rectify the issue with the noise. A few days later I called Jim Ingrassia, but he did not return my call...I called back three or four more times over the next few days to check the status of my vehicle, but he would not respond. Finally, 10 days after I left my car I had to go to the dealership. Jim Ingrassia told me he was waiting for a part and that it would be in shortly. This routine (calls not being returned) went on for close to a month. I finally got a call from Jim Ingrassia informing me that the car was ready but that there is still a noise and that it would be $1,700. When I test-drove the car, nothing had changed...nothing at all and Jim Ingrassia had not fixed the problem. I took the car to a local shop and they immediately told me it was the tires. I had them put new tires on the back to match the ones on the front and it immediately corrected the issue. Town & Country has sent me a threatening message from General Manager Fred Hoyt that they will take me to court and sue me. This is a service department scam. More

I had a tray replaced in my console and he noticed that the top of the console was not operating properly so he told me that he was going to order a new console top. Not only did he fix my original problem but went above and beyond to alleviate what would have been another problem and another trip to the dealership. He is very patient and always courteous to everyone he deals with. I had the occasion to listen to several phone calls he had with customers. They were verbally berating him and he took it professionally and with the utmost of patience. He is a credit to the dealership. Please acknowledge his "above and beyond" attitude! More
Amazing Customer Service Does your service manager make you feel like you are the most important customer in the entire universe? Well, Town and Country's Service Manager, Ji Does your service manager make you feel like you are the most important customer in the entire universe? Well, Town and Country's Service Manager, Jim Ingrassia, does just that each and every time we come in for service. Thank you, Jim, for taking such good care of our family's Jeeps and for always going above and beyond. We would also like to acknowledge Peggy, who like Jim, is the consummate professional. These guys wrote the book on customer service, and Town and Country is fortunate to have them as representatives of their dealership. More

Snarky, Snotty, and a GM that hangs up on customers My wife and I leased 2 new Chrysler/Dodge cars from this dealership in June 2014. (The ONLY pleasant experience was with our sales rep Scott Froehlich My wife and I leased 2 new Chrysler/Dodge cars from this dealership in June 2014. (The ONLY pleasant experience was with our sales rep Scott Froehlich - 5 stars for him). I wanted a hitch installed for my wife's Durango so I scheduled service about 3-4 weeks ago. First, the customer-facing representative for Town & Country Jeep, Suzanne, is very snarky on the phone or in person. She basically treats customers like they're idiots. So if you're a customer getting service, be prepared: virtually ANY question you ask will be met with a snotty response from Suzanne. Second, I scheduled my drop-off at 7A on a Friday (I got there 15 minutes earlier than that). There is virtually no room at their service facility (for parking). They have this moronic policy where you actually have to drive the car up to 'the window' get valet service. The problem with this is that after 4 or 5 cars line up, the 6th, 7th, 8th, et. al cars actually have to line up IN THE STREET. This can be somewhat dangerous as it is morning rush hour and the street is one-way and very narrow. Third, my service was very simple - A hitch install with NO wiring, NO programming. Bolt-on, that's it. I would do it myself but you have to remove the bumper and ideally have a lift to get to it. But when I called at 3PM (8 hours later) to check on the status, here are the responses I received from Suzanne (all with a curt, snobby tone): "Your car isn't IN yet." "I don't KNOW when your car will be done. It may be next week." "I don't have a technician to work on this, so if it goes into tomorrow (Saturday) it won't be worked on until next week" "YOU have a rental from us. Drive THAT around". (The interesting thing is Suzanne refers to the technician and the service department as 'hers.' She doesn't run the department. She schedules appointments). Then my wife called the General Manger of the dealership, Fred Hoyt, who countered her complaints with things like 'Yeah? So What', and abruptly hung up on her. Then my wife was instructed to speak with Tom Hearne, the service and parts manager. Let me tell you this guy walks around doing absolutely nothing, and he looks like a Zombie. Tom, get some coffee and put a spring in your step, please. Wake up, there are customers who need to be pleased. So needless to say, Tom contributed zero to this problem.. There were only two better examples of service that day. Jim Ingrassia (Service Advisor, presumably 2nd-in-command at service, after Sleepy Tom) actually acted (a little) like he cared. I think it was he who actually accelerated getting the job done (so it was a 9-hour service versus me waiting until the next week). The other example was the technician who worked on my car. I think his name was Maneuelo or Manolo (apologies I don't know the exact spelling). He was excellent - he actually had more politeness and acted with more purpose than the aforementioned employees. So, BEFORE You buy a car at this dealership, you should anticipate about how you'll get treated AFTER the sale. Buyer Beware! More

I received a recall notice and did not want to go the extra distance back to the selling dealer so I called and scheduled an appointment here. I called three days later to confirm the appointment and the person that answered the phone said they had no record of an appointment. I scheduled a another appointment a week and a half later, telling the rep exactly what needed to be done. When I arrived to drop off the car the night before the appointment Jim looked a the list and said he was not sure it could all be done in one day. I explained I could not leave the car for another but would call the next day in the afternoon for a status. When I called at 2:15 the next day I was told they had not yet brought the vehicle into the shop after being since the previous night. I told Jim not do do anything and I would be by to pick up the car. When I arrived he gave me the keys and acted like he could care less that nothing was done and I was not satisfied never asking a single question or making any comment about the vehicle was looked at any sooner. When I asked for the recall notice back that I had given to him I was told it had been thrown away because everything was in the computer, however there were several pages of printed output attached to the service card. I guess they only service their customers and not other loyal Chrysler owners.. More
