This is the second time you gave me this response it is just lip service. You know my number you can call me and give me a loaner and fix now the 2 problems I have with the brand new Jeep. Apologies Janet. Over the years we've found that we can accommodate more people and fit more people in by setting appointments. We certainly would have fit you in if we could. People often drop their car off and leave, or have pre-set an appointment and loaner car, therefore waiting room may be empty but our service bays are as full as we can fit! We continue to strive to service all we can, and truly apologize if we couldn't fit you in at that time.

A private message to where? It is impossible to contact anyone at your dealership as your website provides no contact data and I don't know who you are to message you privately. Also, when I called and asked to speak to the service manager I was passed to just a Service Advisor. If I had wanted to speak with a service advisor I would have asked for one.
