Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge - Service Center

Well do not know where to start. Jim Ingrassia has been nothing but a pleasure every time I go in to service my Jeep Liberty..I met Jim about two years ago when I Had my jeep commander and he guided me in nothing but a pleasure every time I go in to service my Jeep Liberty..I met Jim about two years ago when I Had my jeep commander and he guided me in all the right directions on how to go,about trading it in and getting another jeep. Now I have a Jeep Liberty and again he has been nothing but a pleasure when dealing with him.As soon as you walk in the door at the service dept he is greeting you with a big smile answers all your questions and cracks a joke or two... I would highly recommended a big raise for this man.There are not to many friendly people left that are so willing to help a customer... I bought my first Jeep at another dealership, but used the service department at this Levittown location for convenience. Time to buy my second Jeep, and I went to a dealership closer to my home. I had the service department at this Levittown location for convenience. Time to buy my second Jeep, and I went to a dealership closer to my home. I had an extremely bad experience and decided that, my service experience at Levittown being so good, I'd buy in Levittown. Call it a rebound purchase. So, I've been using the Levittown service location for more than 10 years. I pay more than I would if I go for service at someplace other than the dealership. But I keep coming back because of people like Jim Ingrassia and Peggy. Very friendly folks and I feel comfortable with them. More

He has always taken time whenever I come to the service department to make sure that I'm fully satisfied. I have purchased two cars at this dealership. The first because I found a good priced vehicle but the second was due to the great service I have received.
