zero stars if I could I had an incredibly distressing experience at Town and Country Jeep, where the service manager verbally assaulted me and even threatened me. When I approached him regarding an issue experience at Town and Country Jeep, where the service manager verbally assaulted me and even threatened me. When I approached him regarding an issue with my vehicle, instead of offering assistance or understanding, he became aggressive and hostile. He raised his voice, used disrespectful language, and made threatening remarks that left me feeling completely disrespected and unsafe. The entire interaction was unprofessional and emotionally taxing. It's unfortunate to say that this dealership's customer service was appalling, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with them. This was an experience I would never want to repeat, and I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The AC of my Jeep Cherokee was blowing hot air , I came in they ordered new parts and fixed it as promised. Terrible customer service. Have to call 5 times in one day to get information about your car. Was told someone would reach out to me but never did. Service advisor did not inform me car would remain overnight following a morning appointment, and not once reached out with information. The shop fabricates problems with your car and gauges you with their prices. Overall a very shady business and would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle for service here. More

Getting service at this dealership has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Returned for the same issue several times with no resolution, never given a loaner, and this last time they had my car worst experiences of my life. The Service Dept is HORRIBLE. They have no clue what an appointment means. Brought my truck to have a part installed at my appointment time of 8:30. The job was schedule to take 1.5hrs (which when reviewin appointment means. Brought my truck to have a part installed at my appointment time of 8:30. The job was schedule to take 1.5hrs (which when reviewing online was 1hr longer than install should have taken - overcharged). At 12:30 I called them and was told it would probably be at least another hour. they called me at 1:45 that it was done. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DEALER AGAIN and would tell everyone and anyone who is thinking of coming here, go to another dealer. More

After discovering a new gas leak near the gas tank on our 1994 Jeep Wrangler, Travis Morley had us cover once again!
