My recent visit to Town & Country Ford for service for my F- Service for my F-150: I went in at 7:30 for an unscheduled service of my truck. I was greeted, a service order was written and I was directed to a cu Service for my F-150: I went in at 7:30 for an unscheduled service of my truck. I was greeted, a service order was written and I was directed to a customer lounge where I was offered coffee and reading literature. I was updated on the progress of the truck service about every 10 minutes. In less than an hour, the truck as ready. Check-out was cordial and brief. I and my family have owned about 40 Ford vehicles over the last 60 years. I have lived in the Hueytown area all of that time and used the other local Ford dealer. Never have I been so kindly and cordially treated as I have been at Town and Country Ford. These folks have got it right, from the front office to the custodian! They have earned my trust, respect and I look forward to my next visit there! More
