Service Department Terrible Service Made an appointment two weeks again for a part in my heater to be fixed at 8:00. Great servcie rec'd at the body shop I had a problem with my tailgate on a 2015 F150 that I thought was a warranty issue. I initially took my vehicle to another Ford dealership located so I had a problem with my tailgate on a 2015 F150 that I thought was a warranty issue. I initially took my vehicle to another Ford dealership located south of Bham. They took pictures and said that they would send it to Ford Warranty for approval and would take about 24 hours to get an answer. After three working days, I did not heat from them so I called and left a message. I never received a return call so I decided to take my truck to Town and Country. Mr. Posey looked at the issue and also took pictures and said he would have to get approval from Ford to correct the problem under warranty. He called me the next day and said they it was not approved, but he indicated that he would plea our case again. The following day, he called and said that Ford agreed to fix the problem under warranty. The problem was corrected to my satisfaction. What stood out to me was that Mr. Posey was willing to be an advocate for me in resolving this problem. He could have ignored me like the other dealership did, but he chose to do the right thing and take care of the customer. I will take all my business to Town and Country Ford for now on. JA More

They charged me over $500 for a $40 part and an hour and a half labor! Then they had the audacity to lie to my face about the $110 "diagnostic" charge!! They guy told me it would be a charge for diagnostic. I thought okay. But when I called on the phone to ask if my truck would be done that day. He told me it was too late in the day but they'd get to it first thing in the morning. At that same time he told me they still had to take off the door skin to replace a regulator. So I said if they already knew what was wrong and didn't have to remove the door skin for "diagnostic" then my $110 shoulf be refunded. That's when the lies began!! If you have a problem with you vehicle, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!! Take it, drive it, tow it, drag it. Whatever you have to do. DO NOT BRING IT HERE!! More

was sold tires that had a $50.00 rebate. But by the time they put them on which was 1 day later the rebate was over. Was not told this so I didn't get the rebate. 4 months later I was still But by the time they put them on which was 1 day later the rebate was over. Was not told this so I didn't get the rebate. 4 months later I was still waiting on a check. Took a month for anybody there to contact me back. The sad part is I could've gotten a cheaper tire but I went with the better one cause of the rebate. I am reporting this to the BBB. Maybe this will help somebody else. More
