The folks at Town and Country Ford were very helpful during our recent Mustang purchase. We had trouble at OTHER dealerships in the area with pushy salesmen and questionable tactics. Nathan (our salesman) treated me and my wife with courtesy and respect at all times. We kind of knew what we wanted and Nathan went to great lengths and found it for us. Mr. Panici, Internet Sales Manager, called and emailed me after an internet inquiry that I made concerning a new 2011 Ford F-150. At first he seemed to be very interested in my business telling me that he wo after an internet inquiry that I made concerning a new 2011 Ford F-150. At first he seemed to be very interested in my business telling me that he would give me "top dollar" for my trade. After test driving a truck we went inside to workout a deal. While the sales rep was filling out the paperwork to work up a trade allowance, etc. he asked me for my social security number. I stated that I was a Branch Manager of a bank and that I may just proceed with the financing through my job so at this point I just wanted to see what the trade allowance would be and to get a price out the door. So the salesman took my information to Mr. Panici for the numbers - after coming back with some low trade numbers I told the salesman what I had been offered at another dealer. The salesman wrote those numbers down and I signed next to them that if we could get to those numbers we had a deal. After taking that offer back to Mr. Panici, Mr. Panici came over to where I was sitting and told me that they were in the business to make deals and to be able to make me the best deal they would need to run a credit application. I told Mr. Panici that I was a Branch Manager of a bank and that I may use them for the financing - I just needed to workout a final price out the door. He insisted that I fill out a credit application. I told him that if he could not give me a final price out the door just to give me back my keys so I could leave. He walks back to his office and gets my keys. He let me leave without trying to earn my business because I would not agree to fill out a credit app in order to get a final price. Later in the week I went to Ford Lincoln of Franklin in Franklin, TN and traded for a fully loaded new 2011 F-150 FX4 crew cab. Plus I didn't have to fill out a credit app to get a final price out the door. More
We bought a new Fusion from Nathan, very nice salesperson and great to work with, also Shelly showed us the sync and other things about our car and web sites, very nice and pleasent. We drove to Madision and great to work with, also Shelly showed us the sync and other things about our car and web sites, very nice and pleasent. We drove to Madision from Clarksville and it was a 50 mile trip that was well worth it! The friendliness and overall experience was well worth the trip.We bought the car using the X-Plan so price was good. We will buy again from here and recommend to friends. More

Nathan was a fantastic salesman. He knew everything about the vehicles, and was very patient with us. We visited Town and Country multiple times and never felt pressured to make a purchase. I was referred to Town & Country Ford by a friend. I must say from the initial greeting until I drove off the lot, I was treated with outstanding customer service. Since I went on my lunch hour, Nathan went above and beyond by allowing me do most of my paperwork over the phone. The next morning when I went back to finalize things I again was treated with outstanding customer service. This time I not only met with my salesman (Nathan) but also with Ronnie (Internet Sales Manager). They immediately brought the vehicle I was looking at up to the showroom doors, handed me the keys allowed me to play with all gadgets and then we took it for a ride. Upon my arrival back, the finance personnel had already been hard at work, they presented me with their offer and we went from there. Everyone in the building was courteous, they spoke, they smiled, they offered coffee, water, etc. They all went out of their way to make me comfortable. Even other salesmen in the showroom stopped and spoke. They made sure I knew where everything was on the car, how to operate the sync service in my new vehicle. etc. I felt that they were fair with me (concerning my trade). I felt like they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible (rebates etc). They made sure I knew that I had some refunds (GAP/Warranty) coming back to me and made sure I knew where and how to request those funds. The next day I went back to drop off the spare set of keys to my old vehicle and once again I was received with a warm reception, like I was an old friend coming to visit. I have to say that this was probably one of my best buying experiences I have had in many years. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Bought a 2010 Focus in late summer of 2010. Salesman did not know the products well at all. Once we agreed upon price and financing terms, I went to the finance office to discover I had been lied to. Then, after being told the car I picked out had sync, was told it did not after the purchase was complete. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I would drive to another state before I would buy from this dealer again!! More
