My experience with these people has not been as pleasant as I thought I have been miss guided by the manager at this dealership and have had a maverick on over there since October I was told by Mr. James holiday sales manager that The general manager had met with the Ford rep yesterday and was told that they were is no hybrid engines Available and that I would have to order a eco-boost gas burning one or not get one this is just a shame waited 3 1/2 mo’s to hear this from them not good. The quality of service here just stinks to high heaven liars This same manager called and offered me the same truck and color that was being shipped from ford plant in Mexico to them and would be there in about three weeks and I could have it for $5000 over MSRP if I wanted it I asked Why would you do that to me you’re a customer I have one on order just like it just keep the one I’ve got an order and let me have this at regular MSRP List-price plus your Doc-fee 500.00 plus your nitrogen filled tires-100.00 plus all taxes and title and he laugh and said Mr Mccutcheon’s this is called the cost of doing Business with us here at town and country Ford I asked what does the truck lease for he said 26,000+ they are 5000 around the price would be 31,000+ dock plus nitrogen filled tires plus all taxes plus tItle and I said no thank you I will just wait on mine to get here in April or May then he calls me two weeks later to tell me that I will never get my and he met with a Ford Route and there’s no Hybrid-engine available. Today I talked with Ford motor company and spoke with a lady named Brittany on the Mavericks team for Ford motor company and she looked at my order and said my hybrid was still on order and we’re still approved and in good shape and that they were going to investigate and have a supervisor to call me within the next two or three days to get to the bottom of it because I told them I did not want to deal with town and country anymore
