My husband and I were looking for a new and/or used small truck. We had called ahead of time having already been to numerous dealers with which we did not feel comfortable and also had felt "pushed" and/or truck. We had called ahead of time having already been to numerous dealers with which we did not feel comfortable and also had felt "pushed" and/or given the "hard sell" tactics to the point they wanted to push us into buying something we did NOT want. From the time we arrived at Town and Country Ford we were treated like royalty. There was no "hard sell" no pushing, only total and complete courtesy and definate caring to be sure we found what WE were wanting to buy. We were shown several trucks that they had, and also drove the one we were specifically interested in buying. From beginning to end, including the financing process, it was undoubtedly the GREATEST car/truck buying experience we have EVER had and we have bought quite a few over the years, both of us being in our late 60s. I would recommend anyone wishing to buy a vehicle, new or used to go to Town and Country Ford in Bessemer, where they treat you with respect, the most courtesy we have ever been shown, and by far the best ever vehicle buying experience of our lives. We first visited Town & Country Ford at the end of December and had a lengthy discussion with Matthew regarding what we were looking for and our business plans for the new truck. Within a couple of weeks, the truck that we wanted showed up at the dealership and Matthew was extremely flexible with our work schedule and got to work right away with the application process. He is extremely professional and ethical. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he promptly knew who to ask and gave us the answers. The whole process was completely painless and quite pleasant from start to finish and I would gladly give his business card to anyone even remotely interested in buying a new car or truck. More
