drove to the dealership and was directed to the receptionist who called a salesman for me. i told him that i wanted to order a new ford F250 4x4 diesel with the following particulars and gave him m receptionist who called a salesman for me. i told him that i wanted to order a new ford F250 4x4 diesel with the following particulars and gave him my piece of paper with the list on it. he then proceeded to waste 30 minutes of my time trying to sell me one on his lot(none of which was what i wanted)! it was a bizarre experience. i asked for someone who would order it for me and he introduced me to a second salesman(a manager) who he said could help me. incredibly, this man also suggested that i look at what they had on the lot. i told him that if he wanted my business he could get me the price on the truck i wanted. he disappeared for about 10 minutes and returned telling me that he could not order it and the man who could was not there. i left. when i went to Adamson Ford and Jim Skinner Ford, they were able to give me a price in about 15 minutes as i sat with them and they entered what i wanted in the computer. next time Town and Country just give the customer what he wants!
