I was looking for a car my daughter and was under unusual circumstances and time constraints. I called Town and Country Ford and spoke with Ryan Smith. This was by far the best customer service and car buy circumstances and time constraints. I called Town and Country Ford and spoke with Ryan Smith. This was by far the best customer service and car buying experience I've ever had. Ryan worked with me to get a deal we could afford and all except the signing of the papers was done over the phone. We live in Tuscaloosa and had to have a car purchased by the following Tuesday. Ryan was the first salesperson that made it his duty and commitment to get my daughter in a new Ford Fiesta by the end of the day. The next Tuesday, my daughter drove to South Florida for the summer. Ryan called several times over the summer and emailed me personally to check on Haley's experience with her new car and about her well being. I will definitely visit Town and Country Ford the next time I'm in the market for a new car and it would benefit the dealership greatly if Ryan Smith is there to close the deal.
