Dear Town & Country Ford, I had my car towed to your Dealership on October 28th and on the 29th, your service department called to tell me the repairs were going to cost $3,400 on a 2003 Lincoln LS and Dealership on October 28th and on the 29th, your service department called to tell me the repairs were going to cost $3,400 on a 2003 Lincoln LS and that these repairs would repair the car so more repairs could be made. I told Her she was crazy. I walked in the Service Department on the 29th and told them that I wanted to talk to someone that could help me and I told them to not give me someone that would push me off to someone else. I was introduce to Mart Avant. After I ranted a few minutes (you know how women get!) I asked him if he had a used Honda for sale. He immediately knew there was one on the used car lot. We went to see this Honda. We drove the car. We filed out the paperwork. I drove off in a very slightly used Honda and all were HAPPY. Mart Avant was not just a sales consultant, he became my friend! He treated me the same way he would want to be treated. This is one nice person. He is a very valable employee of Town & Country. His knowledge of the cars on the lot, the prices, the app. monthly payments. He knew it all. I will be using Town & Country Ford for needs on my Honda. I appreciate Mart in being honest with me and standing behind all he said. Great sales person!!!! I am sure he is the reason most people use Town & Country on a regular basis and he is the reason I am a new customer of Town & Country! Thanks for a wonderful experience and I love my Honda!!!
