We have been looking for a new vehicle for the last several weeks. We have shopped just about everywhere there was to shop. We originally started working with Gary Shotts but he caught the bug going several weeks. We have shopped just about everywhere there was to shop. We originally started working with Gary Shotts but he caught the bug going around and we were turned over to Brian Smith. From the very beginning Brian was very interested in making sure we found what we wanted. He was not pushy in the least bit but very accommodating. We actually spent five hours in the dealership and then left with no car. I continued to search around and we narrowed it down to two vehicles and at that point it became a decision of features and money. Brain stuck with us even after having left the first time but again was not pushy and calling me every day. I know, and MANY people can attest to the fact that I am as stingy as they come. I was only going to be happy if I walked out of the dealership with a new car for free. Obviously that cannot happen but Brian and his sales manager stuck with us and continued to work until we got the deal that I was comfortable with. I think we got a pretty good deal considering I didn't get it for free like I wanted. We are extremely happy with the way we were treated, the service that came along with it, the condition of the vehicle when turned over to us, the "walk through" because you just about need a pilots license to drive this new vehicle. Everyone was willing to work with us and to make sure we left with what we wanted and they probably cannot be rewarded enough considering how difficult a person I am to work with. Tawnya in financing did a great job, she thoroughly explained everything and unfortunately had to stay after the dealership closed, along with Brian to finish the deal. I want to Thank ALL of you involved in the process, we are definitely satisfied customers and will more than likely be back for our next purchase. I do however hope that is many years away. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends, they did a phenomenal job of working with me who is considered very difficult to work with. Kudos to you guys, your bosses probably have no idea how tough a sale that was. More

I found the exact used vehicle I had been searching for online at Town and Country Ford. I live approximately 200 miles from the dealer, so I was skeptical about their willingness to deal with someone out online at Town and Country Ford. I called to inquire and was connected with Brian Baker. From that initial phone call, I knew I had reached someone that was going to help me get in the vehicle I wanted. He kept in touch with me through each step, as promised. I was next contacted by a sales manager, Gregg Potts, and then by a finance manager, Jerald Connolly. The three gentlemen worked together like a well oiled machine and kept me updatedthrough each step. My initial call to the dealer was on a Thursday evening at nearly 7 p.m., and I was on my way to pick up my vehicle on Saturday morning. The drive was more than worth the service I received. I even received a phone call from Brian the next day making sure I arrived home safely and that the vehicle met my expectations. This was the best buying experience I've ever had, and would look forward to working with these guys again in the future. More
