I have been doing business with Town & Country Ford since 2002. I have been doing business with Gary Shotts since 2004. I always deal with Gary. I know I can send my wife or daughters to do business with him and he will treat them right. The dealership is always very helpful and focused on customer service and satisfaction. I drive approximately 45 miles, one way, to get there. I also drive past a lot of other dealerships and car lots along the way. This is the only place I will do business with. Town & Country and Gary are well worth the drive. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

I live in Charlotte, North Carolina and was looking for a car in the Birmingham area the week of Christmas while I was visiting my family for the holidays. David did a tremendous job for me. He found a 2014 Ford Mustang GT like I was looking for on the same day and had it delivered from the Pell City to the Bessemer location the same day so I could look at it and give it a test drive. I purchased the car the same day which enabled me to drive it back to Charlotte. David was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest in my dealings with him. My husband and I wanted to surprise our daughter with a car for Christmas 3013, just one month before her 16th Birthday. We have purchased from David before so we gave him a call and told him what we want car for Christmas 3013, just one month before her 16th Birthday. The car was just what we wanted for our daughter. It was still a week away from Christmas and David was able to allow us to leave the car at the lot and pick up 1 day before Christmas so we only had to hide close to home for 1 day. On Christmas morning our daughter was so surprised. It was totally awesome to watch her figure out that it was really her car. We have a video that we will be send to David so that he can see how grateful we are that he helped us find a safe vehicle as well as the car that she loves for this special time in her life. Truck was driven less than 100 miles then rear end started pouring fluid, on my way taking it to service department, truck started shaking and engine light come on. They fixed the rear end but charged started pouring fluid, on my way taking it to service department, truck started shaking and engine light come on. They fixed the rear end but charged me $800 to fix shaking by a tune up. So spent $20,000 drove it three days and have to spend $800 for tune up. This will be my last vehicle purchased from Town and country More
