Except for the cold weather and one unfortunate Auburn fan (both of which could not be controlled by said dealership), purchasing entirely painless! We were treated as if we were important to Gary as our sales consultant but also to T&C as a dealership. Gary along with Greg Cooks and Willie Griggs carried us through each step as the professionals they are. I have been purchasing ford products since 1958 from many different dealerships in Alabama but have never received the kind of treatment as is shown by the staff at T&C. ME AND MY HUSBAND STARTED THE TASK TO FIND A VEHICLE, WE HAD BEEN TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIP'S, WAS NOT IMPRESSED OF WHO WE MET OR THEIR LINE OF VEHICLE'S THEY OFFERED. THEN I STARTED SEARCHING THE WEB SITE AND CAME ACROSS A VEHICLE WE LIKED AT TOWN AND COUNTRY, LOCATED IN BESSEMER. I CALLED, TALKED WITH MART ADVANT MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. WHEN WE MEET WITH MART HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. AFTER 4 OR 6 HOUR'S, MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF DECIDED ON A VEHICLE. MART MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE ABOUT THE SALE.
