Thankfully, my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Calvin Smith at Town & Country Ford in Bessemer, who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I had originally called the dealership and spoke with Calvin regarding a used vehicle I saw online, and he was very polite, knowledgeable and professional on the phone. Something you don't experience much these days! I drove to the dealership and Calvin had the vehicle up front and waiting for me. Again, he was very polite, funny and proffesional, a real pleasure to work with. I was looking for an SUV for my wife, so having a large inventory to choose from, in one location, is a real advantage at Town & Country, as they have a huge selection of both new and used vehicles! Long story short, we were able to narrow it down to a couple of vehicles that first day, but it turned into a two day process of test drives and decision making, with our work schedules. Calvin stayed late both days to accommodate our schedules and never made us feel rushed or pressured...we appreciated this immensely! Once we finally decided on the right SUV, the process of finalizing the deal through finance and looking at our options for extended warranties was once again handled efficiently and professionally by Jerald Connolly. All I can say is they have an exceptional team at Town & Country, as well as a huge inventory, so without hesitation, I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business the next time you're in the market for a vehicle.
