The first was a little tricky as I lived in Georgia and have huge issues with the title of the car I traded. Derrick kept his word, he got it done. I went home with a dependable car that I drove 90 + thousand miles without one problem. Much to Bill Sain's credit...as I would have not gotten a car without his influence. This past Saturday I went back to T&C Ford to see Derrick. He was, actually helping two other customers....I did not wait a minute. He immediately came out, took me to the cars I might be interested in, after he had asked what I wanted...He was very honest in what he drove...pros and cons..the thing he said is..."pick out what you want and let me see if I can do it"...he did and I got exactly what I wanted. There was no negotiation...we trusted him to bring the best price, and are confident he did. The entire deal was complete without any stress or delay! I will continue to buy from Derrick Young at T&C Ford. More

He was friendly, very knowledgable, and extremely thorough. He afforded me the opportunity to try several vehicles and provided information on each one. After I made my decision, he introduced me to Mr. Willie Griggs who handled all the paperwork very efficiently. A young lady named Savanna explained the SYNC system and it's operation to me.
