Went to other dealerships first and was put off by the high pressure sales tactics or sales staff that really couldn't answer your questions. Derrick knew the answers to everything we asked. We had told him upfront what we wanted for our trade and what we wanted to pay, and he made that happen. We drove away in a new Ford Edge and were extremely pleased. Would definitely use this dealership again and highly recommend it. More
