Great car buying experience I purchased a new Ford F-150 several months ago at Town and Country Ford working with Scott Gilbert and Brian Baker. Both gentlemen took the time to I purchased a new Ford F-150 several months ago at Town and Country Ford working with Scott Gilbert and Brian Baker. Both gentlemen took the time to look at several trucks over several days...including during a snow storm. I had a quote from another dealership on a truck that wasn't exactly what I wanted. Scott and Brian helped me find the exact truck I wanted with the exact package I wanted. When it came to the price, they offered me an excellent deal honoring the quote I had received on a truck that didn't meet what I wanted. Once the sale was completed, Brian walked me through everything on the truck and how to use it. They both followed up after the sale to make sure everything was perfect with the truck and my buying experience with them. I emailed Blake letting him know what we were in the market for and he replied right away asking me for a number he could reach me at. I gave him my number and he called me within minutes. We scheduled a time for me to come in and test drive some autos. I ended up having a very hard time making a decision between two vehicles. Blake was much more patient with me than I deserved, going over the differences in the two I had narrowed it down to, even bringing both vehicles up to the front, parked side by side so that I could take pictures and compare the two together. Not once did he make me feel pressured into making a decision. He was calm, knowledgeable and patient from the time we arrived at 9am, until the time we left. I am so happy with the vehicle I purchased and I am so happy to recommend Blake to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Blake.
