Found the car I wanted, and he provided any information I wanted to see on it. Derrick was very easy to talk to, and he never attempted any of the typical overbearring salesman tactics on me. He made the experience a great one. Walked me through the entire process and even offered for him and another guy to drive the car back to my house so that I wouldn't have to come back the next day (roughly 25 miles away). I would highly recommend Town and Country Ford for your next car purchase, and, if you want an excellent salesman, you should definitlely ask for Derrick! More

Truck #2, Vehicle #3 I've now bought 3 vehicles from T & C Ford in Bessemer. Each time, I've called on Jerome Edwards to assist with my family needs in making our purchase I've now bought 3 vehicles from T & C Ford in Bessemer. Each time, I've called on Jerome Edwards to assist with my family needs in making our purchase. It took me 2 years of looking at used and new Ford F-150's for me to come to where I was ready to start test driving. Occasionally, I'd call or text Jerome and he'd answer questions for me. However, he never tried to pressure me. He just was available and gave the information I needed. Jerome was Johnny-On-The-Spot once I was ready. For 3 weeks he responded to text and calls from me asking about certain trucks. I think I ended up driving about 10 trucks during the 3 week span trying to make my mind up. Each time though, Jerome wouldn't hesitate to run (for real) and get keys. A couple of times I'd text him to say I wanted to drive a certain truck I was investigating on the internet and he'd have the truck up front and ready when I'd get there. He was very patient, available and respectful of my time. He is very knowledgable about all the functionalalities of Ford trucks. Finally, I made the decision. Due to my schedule, I had to make the purchase on a Saturday and didn't want to waste my whole day. However, Jerome and Willie Griggs, the Finance Manager, made the transaction smooth and in a timely manner. I was so glad to have most I my off day still available. To top things off, Sales Manager Greg Cooks checked in with me through the decision making process to ensure I was getting satisfactory service and offered to answer any questions I had. He also made hisself available during the purchase to ensure I was satisfied. When I get ready to purchase another vehicle, I'll be calling Jerome Edwards at Town & Country Ford! More
