Outstanding Sales Experience Jerome Edwards was an outstanding sales professional. His knowledge of his product, in this case a 2012 Ford Mustang, was superior and after the sale was completed, Jerome sat with me and tied my phone into the car's system and explained all of the "bells and whistles" found in it (and, there were many). After Jerome had gotten the paperwork as far as he could, he set me up with Willie Griggs who is another professional at Town & Country Ford. Willie processed our loan and purchase paperwork in short order while keeping a myriad of forms straight and in the proper stack and order. Overall, if car buying is ever a great experience, this was it. I highly recommend the guys who worked with me to make this sale happen and I have full confidence that Jerome will be with me throughout my Mustang ownership experience. More
