misrepresented and tried bait/switch Sales manager told me truck from online was available but when I wanted to test drive, it was being cleaned, on their other lot, and being shown to a Sales manager told me truck from online was available but when I wanted to test drive, it was being cleaned, on their other lot, and being shown to another buyer in another town; they left me waiting while being told they would call me right back to tell me what time the car would be back on the lot; NEVER CALLED BACK. I asked my son to come with me and he took off work to go with me, just left us hanging, waiting. I had talked to 3 or 4 different sales people about this truck, I had texts, emails and phone calls to come test drive. But when I asked "is the truck there for me to drive?", I was told come on in, we've got lots of trucks. I said I just want to know, " is this truck there to drive?", no clear answer except we'll call you back, never called back. I think they were just lying, it was probably too good of deal to be real anyway, just bait to lure people to their lot. Can't trust these guys. More
