Beware! Crooks. Stole from a single mom with two kids. Do not go there. Beware they just keep changing the name! Bought a car for 9k brought it to the Crooks. Stole from a single mom with two kids. Do not go there. Beware they just keep changing the name! Bought a car for 9k brought it to the dealer to get looked over because the dash lit up like a Christmas tree after 1 day. It needs over 11k in work to be roadworthy. Tires, upper and lower control arms, rear control arms, tires, timing chain, water pump, gaskets oil sensor and some other stuff I’m forgetting. It’s a mechanical basket case. It’s essentially mechanically totaled. The question is not “if they will rob you” but for how much. 1447 S military highway Chesapeake VA 23325 is the address. Don’t be fooled by the new name More
They sell cars that are from Auction and then they try to get rid of it by showing that they lowered the price and then erased all the engine codes. I thought the owner Yaya and the rest of them are men of their words, they werent. I got a vehicle from them for my 80 year old father. Just wanted him to have a nice vehicle because his car was shaking a l their words, they werent. I got a vehicle from them for my 80 year old father. Just wanted him to have a nice vehicle because his car was shaking a lot so my siblings and i decided to get him one. Got a loan from Navy Fed and went there to look at an Acura RDX first but off hand after driving it was shaking hard so we went to check out a different vehicle. Had some issues like the sun roof screen was not working but its ok. So drove the car home after we signed all the paperworks but when after driving it a little bit an engine light came on and the rear passenger tire was flat (it was flat when we test drove it but we thought probably because for just sitting in the lot for too long). So they told us to take the car back but before heading there i took it to Auto Zone so that they can read the engine code. Went over to Town Auto and their guy is already waiting for me with an OBD reader and connect it to the car, read the codes, then erased it. Then the guy Yaya met me outside and told me that probably is just the gas cap even though i told him thats its dangerous to drive with a leak. Then Yaya sent me to a guy named Volkan and to the back we went to check the rear tire. He checked it and found a hole on the WALL of the tire, spray it with just a liquid glue then sent me home. Asked what if the engine light comes back on he said just bring it back and “we will take care of it!” So here we are the engine light came back on with less than 100 miles driven and obviously the check has already been cashed, they wont help me anymore. My brother said let it be and God will take care of them. They trick people. We understand that they have to earn their living too like everyone else but not like this! Who does this to an 80 year old man! So cruel. We learn from our mistake but this is a costly mistake for us but getting screwed over happens. Hope this review helps and dont want people to get screwed over like us. Have a good day everyone More
A company built on “the ultimate buying experience, by purchasing quality vehicles.” What a load full of lies. Taking advantage of a 19 year olds first car buying experience only for it to cause an insane purchasing quality vehicles.” What a load full of lies. Taking advantage of a 19 year olds first car buying experience only for it to cause an insane amount of problems and heartache. Especially right before the holidays. Nothing but shame. This company deserves absolutely no business. Long story short, a close family member purchased a car from this dealership 11/25/22 and has only had it for 10 days and it broken down. We took it to a repair facility for a diagnostic, and it needs a whole entire engine. When I contacted the dealership for my son they said there is nothing they can do because they only made $500, $600, $1,000 off the sale. Then, mentioned that the vehicle has been sitting, and no issues when people took it for a test drive. Proceeded to tell me there were no check engine lights on when he sold it; which I never mentioned a check engine light ever came on. Ultimately, my 19 year son who worked hard to get his own loan now has a loan to pay and a car that doesn’t drive and the repairs are just as much as his loan. How this is allowed? More
