I don't like leaving bed reviews. I went to have my transmission recall done. When i left, a service engine light was on in my escape. Upon plugging into my computer port, neither of the Tower Ford readers would work. He told me to make an appointment. This was Friday. He never called to make the appointment, I had to call back and make the appointment. I went to my regular mechanic, his machine read it, Austin with Pete's Collision in Myrtle Point. He looked under my hood and found that one of the bolts wasn't tightened down, he tightened it. More

This was the 4th time in 7 months I've taken my 2021 F150 in for battery problems. Its been 3 days and the symptoms are coming on again. Today, I called and was told "there are all kinds of conditions that c in for battery problems. Its been 3 days and the symptoms are coming on again. Call back when more symptoms are present" My question: Should I have to take this truck in every other month to have the battery charged and be told there's nothing they can do? Not Happy! More
