This car dealership has been the WORST experience I've ever had to endure, these people are fraudulent and deceptive. I recently took my 2014 kia forte in for service for a oil change and a recall . Thes ever had to endure, these people are fraudulent and deceptive. I recently took my 2014 kia forte in for service for a oil change and a recall . These individuals gave me the run around for day's and then suddenly they did the car diagnostics and they call and tell me that my engine has internal damage. There was nothing wrong with my car upon arrival. Mind you I only had the car for 1 year with a extended warranty, I was told they would have to call my warranty and make the claim ." The claim was denied" , due to lack of oil (this is a lie) they made anything up so my car wouldn't get repaired. These people went through all of my paperwork , you can tell they read my warranty so they would know what to say to get my repairs denied . I arrived at the dealership to take some items out of my car and seen that they had been going through all of my personal paperwork in my glove department. I know how I had all my paperwork inside of there also they stole paper work showing the services that I've had with them . ( Missing paper work) I spoke to the service manager Peter Gonzales and he showed no compassion. He didn't care , he actually agreed with his staff "JOE ". My paper work was tampered with and stolen , even if I did leave my paperwork in the car how are they able to go through my personal paper work? This is so wrong and wicked! God sees all and God know's my truth , I don't have to make anything up. These people treated me horrible and stole from me . I will be getting a lawyer asap and I will fight this because no one deserves to be treated this way . Don't trust these people with your car. Also when I confronted staff " Joe " was rude as well and act very suspicious and nervous. I'm going to fight this! More
