I was told my service would take about 3 1/2 hours and initially they said I could not get a loaner car. When I asked about a shuttle ride they said my home was too far (out of their 10 mile radius) and s initially they said I could not get a loaner car. When I asked about a shuttle ride they said my home was too far (out of their 10 mile radius) and said no, I can't take the shuttle. I only needed a one way ride as I had a ride back to the dealership. They said I should take an UBER!! I realize my expectations may be too high, but I bought a $50,000 Stinger and feel like a one way ride is not too much to ask. I am used to outstanding customer service with my previous Acuras, so perhaps I've been spoiled. I realize now that KIA is not in the same class as ACURA. While I absolutely love my Stinger GT2, I may need to seek a different dealership, or just expect to take an UBER for any future lengthy service. After a heated discussion with the service manager, I did get a loaner car. I realize it is not the service manager fault as he has policy to follow and doesn't run the dealership. I would like to add however, that when it was Henderson Kia I never had any issues. It has only been since they became Towbin Kia, so perhaps that's the problem. More
