The saleswoman, Ellen, that helped me through this process was very sweet and got me into a very nice certified pre-owned 2019 kia soul. Peter Gonzalez has been my Service Director for at least 10 years! He always takes care to ensure my Mazda keeps running perfectly by staying on top of my service needs! We stopped by Sat night late to look at inventory and was greeted by Mike L. He was very friendly and showed us what we wanted to see. With the limited car inventory in today's market, I was quickly becoming discouraged in purchasing a new vehicle. I was expecting the routine engagement of coming down to our location dialog but was surpri quickly becoming discouraged in purchasing a new vehicle. I was expecting the routine engagement of coming down to our location dialog but was surprised to feel NO conversational yanking whatsoever! My salesperson Brittany was informative and honest and kept in touch a few times a week until I felt it was the right time. I was pleasantly surprised by her persistence in working with her staff in getting me the best deal and into the car I really wanted. Yes, I was recommended Towbin to anyone looking for a new or newer vehicle. Thanks More
I wish I could rate it with minus 5 stars but unfortunately I don’t have that option. Terrible experience will not do any business with them in my life. Bought the car they forgot to put my placard on , I had to come back halfway once I realized that. Than they asked me to come to bring them a proof of social security and I had to come all the way (30 minutes drive each direction) to bring to them a week after purchase . Than I went on vacation and received 3 calls per day about a document I need to sign , I told the guy I’m on vacation and that I won’t be in town till the next week. They kept call me everyday at least 3 times , asking for it and I told them I’m in the middle of nowhere on vacation if you want me to sign it so urgent send me it via DocuSign since I have nowhere to print it and sign it physically, they said they don’t have it I told them no problem I will take care of that when I’m back in Vegas . 2 hours later got another call and they kept bugging me forever. Came back to Vegas , they salesperson came to me with the paper and I signed it. 2 days later I received an official mail stating they want their car back since they fail to give me a loan (Credit score 780) . I tried to get ahold on the financial managers all of them wasn’t available. Try to call my salesperson he didn’t answer. So I went again to the dealership and they said just sign this paper and you’ll be all set. I told them that the guy came to me and I signed it , they said they have never received this document signed and that they don’t have it. Since I was already at the dealership I was asking about the greenslip , which isn’t ready so I will have to travel for the third time to the dealership. They know how to sell amazingly , but the paperwork and the process it’s just terrible , it ruined my fun of getting my stinger. I put over 200 miles just on the drive to this dealership for things they should’ve ask for before signing on the deal. This is not how you operate a business. *Update - Issue was resolved with their customer relations Dept. More
