I am a very satisfied Kia owner and wanted to replace my 14 year old Sportage. I went to Jim Marsh first since they are only a few miles away from my home and was very disappointed. I brought my new Telluride in for the SECOND time for a rattle from the rear hatch. I had an appointment with Bobby Doyle, the service writer. The service manager and I took a test drive and it rattled but rattle from the rear hatch. I had an appointment with Bobby Doyle, the service writer. The service manager and I took a test drive and it rattled but he claims he didn't hear it. He told me I might just to have to live with it. I told him I wouldn't "Live with it". Bobby Doyle was much more sympathetic. He took the car in and I told him I wanted it fixed right this time. A brand new car shouldn't have any rattles! He gave me a loaner and told me it would probably take a few days as it had to go to their body shop again. I told him OK. I thanked him and I left. A few days later, Bobby called me and told me the car was ready. I came in, picked up my car and left. Voila!!! IT'S FIXED! No rattles. The rear hatch closes tight this time and it's secure. I called Bobby and told him it's fixed and thanked him for his time and trouble. I certainly hope it stays this way. More
