Made an apt over a month in advance to have remote start installed and they failed to order the part. I showed up for my apt and they were able to work the recall but had to reschedule the remote start inst installed and they failed to order the part. I showed up for my apt and they were able to work the recall but had to reschedule the remote start install. Very frustrating, however Ed was awesome and did his best to fix the issue- I’m confident things will go smoothly on the next visit. Overall this is the only issue I’ve had with the service department and they fixed it right away. More
