I had been looking for a Ford Edge in Orange for a while. I live in Utah and the vehicle I wanted was posted on the KSL website showing "Salt Lake City" as the location. I contacted the dealership and talked I live in Utah and the vehicle I wanted was posted on the KSL website showing "Salt Lake City" as the location. I contacted the dealership and talked to "Chris" the Internet sales rep. I asked him what he could get me -out the door- so I could get my OWN financing. He gave me a price with a trade in and without a trade in. (Which was a 500$ difference- the trade in was a 2008 Mazda 3 2.3L with 67000 miles) I told him no thanks on the trade in and I was just going to sell the vehicle on my own before considering his Ford Edge. I got my vehicle sold a week later and talked to my bank about financing. I called Chris back and told him I would pay 900$ less out the door then what he was asking me to pay. He said no and they would just take it to auction in two days. So, two days later he called and asked me what I wanted to do. I said.. I thought you were taking it to auction. He said if I can get what you offered today then we won't take it. At that point I had to hurry and get to the bank to send them a check. At that time Chris told me they needed money to ship the vehicle. $455 to ship from Henderson to my house even though HE listed the vehicle as being here in Utah.. I still had to pay for shipping. So I got the Ford Edge and was very pleased with my vehicle. I purchased the Ford on the 22nd and did not get it until the 29th. That is 7 days when I was told it would be shipped out the day I sent my check. Right away I noticed that there was not floor mats. (As you know they are not very cheap) I contacted the dealership to see if they forgot to put them in there because they were in the pictures of the vehicle online. He proceeded to tell me they did not have the mats or an extra key to the vehicle. They did not seem willing to help at all and did not care. Like I said, I am happy with my purchase and it is what I expected. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I wished I would have looked online at the reviews before purchasing my vehicle. I will not return or recommend this company to anyone based on their professionalism! More
I went to this dealership and they provided me with a quote that was too high. I live more then 30 minutes away and decided to give them another shot, by calling back the next day. Sergio (the i-net sa quote that was too high. I live more then 30 minutes away and decided to give them another shot, by calling back the next day. Sergio (the i-net sales guy), told me that if i drive back out that day he'll work with me. When i arrived, he simply looked at me and told me that he can't do any better then the deal he provided me. I had packed up my family and drove 30+ minutes for a lie. This was such a classless move on this guy's part and I would highly recommend not doing business at this dealership. More

I have been looking for a Kia Soul or Mazda3 and couldnt decide which I liked better. Went back 3-4 times to look, drive, just sit in it. No pressure, lots of information and when I asked for the best price decide which I liked better. Went back 3-4 times to look, drive, just sit in it. No pressure, lots of information and when I asked for the best price, bottom line, they didnt treat me like a "stupid woman". I had all the information in my pocket ready to go into battle, but didnt need to. The other reviews made me nervous, but it was closer to my house and had a better selection than the west-side dealer, who never returned my email request. I think attitude has alot to do with how you are treated in a dealership and they seemed to get it right, as I told them, no games, no time for games, let's just agree on a deal that works for me.;-) More
i purchased a used 2004 VW R32 from Courtesy Imports on 6/18/09. Worst mistake EVER. Get READY FOR THIS ONE!!!... one month after the car started to shake and rattle. So i took it in they kept it for a wee 6/18/09. Worst mistake EVER. Get READY FOR THIS ONE!!!... one month after the car started to shake and rattle. So i took it in they kept it for a week and said they could not diagnois the problem so they had it takin to VW. After two days there they said that they had found the problem and they gave me the part list totaling up to $2069.41 being i bought the extended warranty they cover a big portion of that.... Come to find out that three of the six bolts holding the flywheel on had come loose....not sure how i only put three hundred miles or less on the car i did that but Courtesy refused to pay for it.... GM, Frank and Service manager Benny and Randy where all shady and rude all gave me the run around.....SECOND i took it in today after only putting 6000 miles on the car in not even a year the tires are wearing uneven and completly bold....Yet again was told "im s**t outta luck" Qoute....and that courtesy is and will not pay for anything. Randy service manager said that they are not responsable for anything......NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COURTESY IMPORTS. Arrived to test drive a 2010 CX9. Was met by a salesman in jeans and sweater and he showed us the interior of the car. When I asked him about the car (as I had test driven 3 other brands previously) and w in jeans and sweater and he showed us the interior of the car. When I asked him about the car (as I had test driven 3 other brands previously) and wanted to know what made Mazda a better choice, he replied "Zoom..Zoom" and that was it! I was appalled. He then excused himself stating he would be right back so I could test drive the car. We waited 20 minutes before going to look for him and found him with other customers. We immediately left and vowed NEVER to purchase a mazda again. (They represent Mazda and if Mazda wants this dealership representing them...then something is wrong). The sad thing is that I owned a Mazda Miata for 9 years and LOVED it. I would have likely purchased one from them if I had been treated respectfully. The whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth for both this dealership and Mazda in general. More
PLEASE!!!! Do not buy anything from this dealer. We bought a Suzuki XL7 last year that was a year old with 12,000 miles. The dealer went on and on about how great the warranty is with Suzuki and we ev bought a Suzuki XL7 last year that was a year old with 12,000 miles. The dealer went on and on about how great the warranty is with Suzuki and we even purchased an extended warranty as my fiance wants to keep it for a while. We take the car in today that is under full bumber to bumper warranty for issues with the heat, air conditioning and stereo. Todd the service manager tells us that it will cost us $115 diagnosis fee to even look at the car. I have owned many cars in my life and have never been charged to look at a car. He then goes on to tell us that most of our issues will probably not be covered as they are outside of a 12,000 mile adjustment period...WHAT? So we take our car the hell out of there and call Suzuki Motor Corp. They tell us that dealers can charge whatever fees they want because they are privately owned. I ask about the why an air conditioner and heat would not be covered under warranty and they said that it absolutely should be. The go on to tell me that the 12,000 mile ajjustment period pertains to alignmet and the cars headlights. They also tell me that they are going to open up a case against Courtesy and look in to it further and refer me to the other Suzuki dealer in Vegas Jim Marsh. I call Jim Marsh to ask if these things sound like warranty issues and they tell me yes and they should be no cost to us unless something else would be found and fixed that is not covered. So this is how Coutesy treats it's customers by trying to rip them off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! More
We recently went to Courtesy Mitsubishi to deliver a car which was not running, remember to change your timing belt at 60,000 mi, and potentially needed over $2000 in repairs. We live over 200 miles from t which was not running, remember to change your timing belt at 60,000 mi, and potentially needed over $2000 in repairs. We live over 200 miles from the nearest dealership so we delivered the car on a car trailer. My wife had to do the delivery during the week while I was working. When she arrived they were very nice and treated her with kindness as she was over 5 months pregnant. Todd at the service desk asked her to take the car to the service lot in the back. She pulled the trailer to where the car was to be unloaded and went back to the desk and asked for help to unload and push the car into the spot where they asked her to place the car. Their response was "Oh, we do not do that. Normally folks have them brought in by a tow truck." She asked again and they refused to help her remove the car from the trailer. Thank goodness they said something before she had to push the car back up on the trailer by herself. We were referred to JCJ Auto Repair, on Ali Baba Rd. and received excellent service by competent professionals. More

Have a total of 5 wasted h Have 2 months left on new car warranty, radio does not receive am stations. Returned it twice and it still isn't repaired. Have a total of 5 wasted hours waiting there for the vehicle to be repaired since they no longer offer shuttle service. At this point it appears my phone calls are routed to voice mail and no one returns the messages I leave. Contacted the manufacturer by email and received a machine generated email. At one point after getting the car I emailed the manufacturer, complaining about the dealership. The manufacturer responded by email stating the dealers are independent and that they do what they want, to sell a car. All things considered I would not buy from Courtesy Imports, nor would I buy a Mazda. After every service visit I have not been satisfied. Greasy hand prints all over the car and the back seat folded down on top of personal items and the seat belt not removed. A word to the wise, I was fool to buy from Courtesy Imports don't you make the same mistake. More
Let me just explain this fiasco I just experienced with this dealership. I recently took in my 2006 Lancer for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Waited an hour, and paid 70 bucks for it. The following Monda this dealership. I recently took in my 2006 Lancer for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Waited an hour, and paid 70 bucks for it. The following Monday, I am driving to work (the first time I had the car over 60mph since the service) and I noticed a severe front Vibration, that was never there before. So, when I got home I checked it out. 2 of my tires were on the wrong way, and the weights on my front tire had been completely removed, putting that wheel out of balance with the rest. I called and complained, they of course denied it. Told they could 1) Balance my tires at the additional cost of $70.00, 2) Address the vibration issue, that they caused, funny huh?, or 3) Put my tires back the way there were prior to the rotation, all of which don't help me at all since my weights were gone from the front tire! So now I have to take it into a different place, to get everything fixed that they broke. Luckily they have a good reputation, and many people I know go there. So i'm not worried. But, please, NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP! They will break things on your car just to get you back into the shop and charge you more money! More
