Staff were friendly and helpful. Service Dept. was very busy. (i.e: Even though they were aware I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I was there for 5-1/2 hours. They did a great job on my brakes, and the price was better than I thought it would be. They got me in same day, but told me up front it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because it was a same day ea better than I thought it would be. When I brought my car in for service on June 8th Ed Rocawich ignored me, Bobby Doyle was very helpful. After one week of never answering phone calls nor messages, I was finally told that the part my ca Rocawich ignored me, Bobby Doyle was very helpful. After one week of never answering phone calls nor messages, I was finally told that the part my car needed was no longer available and they could not fix the problem and that I should try Nevada Pick A Part to find the part. I went to the internet, searched several parts suppliers through out the country, and found a supplier that rebuilds the part, a Body Control Module. I called Towbin Kia and asked that if I supply the part, would they install it. YES! One week later I received the part from Jacksonville, Florida, and brought it to Ed in Service. I then called Bobby Doyle, Ed Rochawich, and Service every day for the next 10 days and no one answers their phone. I left messages with everyone, and no one calls you back. I was calling to get a status on my repair, I got nothing. I drove down to Kia twice to talk with service about the status. Finally on July 13, I received a call that my car was done. They did not need the part I obtained from Florida, they removed the old part and put it back in, everything works. After having my car over a month, one gratifying thing took place. I was told there was no charge for what had happened. Your Service department does not answer the phone, nor due they return phone messages. I have purchased two vehicles in the past, but will never again. I'm done with Towbin. More

Bobby Doyle was not only a professional in listening to exactly what we needed to be done with our vehicle. He was also cordial and completely accommodating. I have never experienced such personalized and respectful service at a dealership. When going over our service needed, he noticed that our catalytic converter had been recalled. He not only ordered us a new one, he also set up an appointment at our earliest convenience to have it replaced at no cost to us. He was an absolute, 100% pleasure to work with and I look forward that kind of service in the future. Ask for the service, we went in originally to have our transmission fluid removed and replaced as it had been a while. After the car was returned to us, we noticed that it began bucking as a changed gears. It is still doing that now. We are not sure if it is due to the transmission fluid change or if it just coincidence that we happened at the same time. But we I have never experienced our car acting like this in the nine years we have had it. Other than that, the service Towbin Kia is impeccable. And I would highly recommend it to any other Kia owners or individuals interested in purchasing a car. More
